First I want to say hello and thank you all in DMT Nexus for sooooooo much great knowledge. I only just discovered this place and am in awe. Unfortunately it seems I am extremely slow in the understanding and applying of the great wealth of knowledge here. I decided to try to start my explorative journey with a aya brew, caapi and chali and have tried it 4 times and yet to achieve the high level of greatness I have been reading about. On one of my attempts I had a very slight visual but am not totally sure if it wasn't just me wanting it soooo bad that my mind just made it up. It seems I am back to square one and am starting to lose the faith. I have about 75g of chali left and have no idea what direction to try next. Any advice would be very welcome.

Well I used 114g of caapi (yellow) 3x3 simmered
20g of chali 3x 30 minutes simmered
I then mixed all the caapi and reduced it on a low boil
I did the same with chali on low simmer
then just mixed it all together

Did you drink the 114g of caapi and 20g of chali in 1 go or did you split it?

Well ain't that strange, 100g + should be ample for vine dose I'm not to clued up on chali so I'm not sure about that.

Did you get your plants from a decent vendor?

You could also try splitting the 2 plants, drink the Aya first then 20 mins later drink the chali.

Well my first batch, which was the first 2 brews, I purchased (I'm not sure if I am allowed to say the vendors name here) but I googled it and purchased the caapi and chali from here in US, I wasn't sure if maybe the product I purchased was any good or not so the second batch I actually found a vendor from Canada which I found on eBay.

You do not use chali?
Hypothetically if you wanted to reach the next level and you were a newbie like myself, do you have any suggestions?

i would guess its the chali leaves but cant say for sure. Leaves from chali can have any amount of alkaloids starting at 0.1% up to 1%, Some leaves are insanely strong with 10g while other leaves have no effect at 10gs. You have to find out on your own, do you have a good supplier?

Also you could maybe start with chakruna leaves instead of chali. That is the better idea for beginners. If you get the strong chali it might freak you out seriously.Smile

well even with very nice suppliers you get sometimes weak leaves, but you have to just try it out carefully, maybe add 10g next time.. until you find a good dosage. Smile

I always like to extract a small batch of my plants, normally 50g, i find this helps me decide the dosage i need, as vineseeker said the content of the plants can vary, so this might be worth a try in the future.

I use extracted DMT for my brews.

Did you get any effects from the caapi such as tracers or staggering when you walk?

How can I extract from the chali?
I once felt as if I had a little buzz, I am not sure if that was the caapi because I took it all at once.
