Just to clarify for OP, the spice isn't freezing. Hot/warm solvent has the potential to hold much more DMT than cold or room temperature solvent. When you lower the temperature of the solvent the amount of solute it can hold decreases, and it begins to crash out. If you allow the solvent to warm back up it will reabsorb the spice.

You can evaporate it by half and attempt to freeze precipitate it again to see if anything else will crash out. You can evaporate it all the way to retrieve anything left in there, but if you go that route I suggest you re-dissolve in ethanol and let it evaporate to get any hydrocarbons out of the end product. Finally, you can simply put the solvent in a container and reuse it for your next extraction.
