there are certainly various advantages and disadvantages to different methods,
and I don't see any significant advantages to this one.

there are a few threads about biotransformations,
but that method is not novice-friendly

I think the main advantage if any is potentially the best tasting Ayahuasa.

The concern would be organisms that introduce tyramine....
