Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen.

I have arrived here after searching for advice on germinating Syrian rue.

I have joined as there seems to be a much more spiritual/shamanistic and respectful slant to what is conveyed here, rather than just 'trip guides'

I come from a background of (informal) medical herbalism, and an eclectic pagan/shamanistic world view. It seemed a logical next step to both of these avenues to investigate entheogens.

I am only interested in growing such plants for direct/tinctured/ferment use - I have 0 interest in involving potentially toxic solvents or items of a dubious nature in what i consider to be an adjunct to spiritual practice.

I currently have growing:
Wormwood
Mugwort
Morning glory
Peruvian torch cactus
Wild Dagga
Salvia divinorum

I'm working on germinating:
HWBWR
Mexican tarragon
Tagates errecta
Syrrian rue
Peruvians x pannochi
African dream root (silene capensis)
Datura stramontium
Heimia salicifolia - sinicuichi
and I have 5 precious seeds of desmanthus illinoensis

Beyond this, I would like to experiment with potentiating normal and diviners sage (and possibly wormwood) by fermenting them with Tibicos grains (water kefir) as Sandor Elix Katz as made mention of some psychoactiviety to sage version of this.

I'm yet to become an active entheogenic shaman, and hope that you folks will be able to guide me into doing so in the most appropriate way to meet and interact with the different plant guides and entities.
Those who walk in truth and love grow in honor and strength.
Bright blessings
