So its been a while but i decided to give dmt another whirl. Ive Tried vaporizing crystal and had some sub break through and one small breakthrough but then had problems with crystals melting, being harsh, ran outa root bark.

Then when i went to look into things once again i noticed that mhrb seems to be harder to get these days.
Came upon some A. Confusa root bark and some yellow B. Caapi. Decided to try an aya experience after reading a good report.

Oh and i did 7.5g Confusa and around 50g Caapi is this right????

Decided to just do one pot of caapi + confusa, heard of people making it separately however i kinda wanted to do it like the shamans do and also didnt want to risk timing or whatever.

Covered barks in water and added the splash of white vinegar i had left. And its been almost simmering(steam rising but no bubbles) for 2 hours now.

Il probably strain it in a little bit and then cover with more water and repeat
then one more time for a total of three washes.

At which point ill be reducing for X volume?? I assumed between a shot and a cup?
Been avoiding meat/cheese/alcohol for the last day or so even though ive heard that b caapi isnt a full blown maoi

Everything look right? Any tips? Things to expect? Razz
PS Also should i do the egg white step ??

looks good, i always set an intention before an aya session. that just means 'as weird as it sounds' i pray to the ayahuasca before i drink it. if i have any tobacco smoke or white sage i fan the smoke on it. that is ritual purification for the aya, to send off negative energies. everyones different, i dont mean you should rush out to get sage to smoke i do however feel an intention is always needed, maybe you ve had a bad week at work, make your intention a hope to get better clarity for working with less friction. maybe someone in your family is depressed, maybe set an intention for insight into helping them get better. as everything sets in keep these things in mind. you might get answers. and remember you have control over your thoughts, if you follow a negative thought it will thread on till it stops, you can change thought paths by choosing to think of something positive. when you have that in mind follow it till its end instead. have a sitter if you are really scared as well, but as long as you know you 'arent' going to die and it will be 'over' in a few hours you can keep you wits about you.Thumbs up

Im not very knowledgeable on acacia Ayahuasca, but what I can in fact tell you in Caapi IS AN MAOI. FOLLOW DIETARY RESTRICTIONS FOR YOUR SAFETY!!
Im not sure if you are aware, but Caapi is "Ayahuasca", its what inhibits the enzymes to make the DMT from the Acacia orally active. The longer the better for the diet as well, it really makes a huge difference in the over all experience.
Just look into ayahuasca dieting and precautions because there are real dangers when using MAOIs. At 50gs I have read that is the low end of the dosages, good for starting out with and learning how to work with the medicine.
Remember to focus your love and attention to the spirits and respect the realms you are entering, and always be grateful for any positive influences the brew has on your life.
Safe travels,

Well reduced down to around 1/2 - 1 glass of drink, took longer than i thought and i ate meat/had a drink lol so i put it in the fridge and will most likely try on mon tue or wed this week.

Have to admit im not spiritual at all so its interesting to hear and read everyones views as most are spiritual. Im most scientific but ive never had an intense dmt or ayahuasca experience so we shall see Razz

Thx for the tips and words of encouragement i appreciate it Smile

Lol damn, idk i guess il have to look into egg white tannins removal if i want to do aya. Literally couldnt keep it down 5 min :/ first two were bad but manageable but the last drink with some sediment would not stay down.

Might try aya again but like i said cant see myself keeping it down long enough to absorb.

Probably will make some changa or some crystals Razz

This is not true and has been de-bunked over and over. Caapi is a RIMA and there are no foods that are dangerous beyond an upset stomach from spices. Caapi is NOT an irreversible maoi!

Read up on it. This whole food restriction thing with ayahuasca is total BS as far as safety goes. Not only does the data show this all to be BS but personal experience as well. I have broken every single food restriction and never had any issues not even nausea. Not coming down on just you personally but would like this spreading mis information stop.
