after weeks and weeks of studying, I've got my first trial run done. I used Cybs hybrid ATB Salt Tek, and for a first run I think it couldn't have gone smoother. However, I found myself feeling like I needed to have open and positive vibes the whole time so as not to taint my spice. lol. Anyone else have any blessings or positive vibe juju that you do while extracting? or am I odd?

well, I pulled my first three trays from the freezer. I have got great results with pulls one and two, but with pull three most of my naptha remains cloudy with no crystallization on anything. is it possible that I got it all on pull one and two or is there still something suspended in pull three to make it cloudy? it is still clear white so no color trasfer, just cloudy.

clouding solvent is an indication that it contains DMT if it isn't crashing out I would evap it by half and stick it back in the freezer, this should make it easier for the DMT to precipitate.

As far as blessings or positive vibes, I always try to keep my intention and a positive attitude on my mind when I am working on an extraction or preparing for a journey. If I'm not working with any flammable solvents or chemicals, I'll sometimes light incense. I often use my Tibetan Tingsha bells to dispel any negative energy from my workspace, spice container, or administration device/area. I am sure many of the more scientific minds on the Nexus probably think these things are pointless, but it is difficult to maintain a strictly scientific mindset when working with such a spiritual compound!

update. I was able to dry and scrape over .7 grams from 50g MHRB using this method. I still have two more pulls in the freezer, so I say total success on this method!!!!

I dont think thats weird at all. I smudge the space before I extract and place crystals around the room and try to keep a clear mind the whole time.

well, I tried my spice last night and all I can say was I was compleatly denied by the universe. I was shooting through a hallway and got stopped at a door. there was a person or entity there and conveyed the idea that I need to check my intentions and try again another time. then I opened my eyes and I was stone cold sober!!! it was pretty unreal!

Glad the tek went smoothly! I'm halfway through my second run at it!

Never had anything like that happen before, definitely not an issue with the spice itself?

I`m guessing ,u had a out of body experience and the entity ho stopped you was your astral guide ,trying to tell you not to do anything stupid because you can get lost from your physical body.i had a similar out of body exp where that's what i been told by my astral guide,and told me never to leave my room/house for i`m not prepare.(this was a pure out of body exp without the use of any substance).its the only thing i can say since i exp something similar.

it certianly wasn't the spice I think it was a play on my own reservations as I haven't done any psychadelics since becoming a mama of two. It was compleatly out of body and I was well traveled away to somewhere else, however I think the setting was what was stopping me. I am more of a day time user and this was super late at night after my kiddies went to bed, out by our campfire. I had three friends over with my and my hubby. we all tried it, however I was the only one being denied. I think it had everything to do with my own state of mind not wanting to travel too far from my girls we used the vapor genie and that was great!!

It's awesome that you chose that tek, it is the one I am choosing too as soon as my MHRB arrives. You had a good success but I think I will just let my last pulls sit for a long time, like a month because that collects a lot of DMT.
