Tinnitus and ganga could have a link to DMT for me Options

I've been thinking about this lately and wanted to see if other people have experienced the same things.

I've come to find out I have fairly unique reactions to ganga. My friends mostly all seem to be able to smoke and smoke and smoke and just get seemingly slightly high. I'll smoke a very small amount and become totally blown... I mean totally... For example, when I first started to smoke I would literally see the world curl up on itself or I'd feel like my eyelids were peeling back and I could see beyond them. I've experienced ego death from just smoking ganga along with multicolored hallucinations of beings. Sometimes I would see sounds which was really cool. There was one time where I was smoking all day and in this incredible stupor and then I felt as if blueprints were beamed straight into my mind. I cried because it was beautiful. It's actually quite a cool device that I saw. Anyway, what I smoked was Mexican brick weed and I smoked a lot of it from different sources and with friends that didn't experience any of these effects so the chance of it being laced is very low to zero.

I've developed tinnitus over the past few years as well. It sounds just like that high pitched whistle before the launch. I went to the audiologist to get it checked out because I was worried I had damaged my hearing somehow and had to listen to this noise for the rest of my life. Turned out that I have perfect hearing and the doctor said it was pretty much a mystery...

So, my thoughts/questions about all this now.

Is it possible that DMT could be released while I used to smoke ganga alone? I had actually combined DMT and ganga a few times not too long ago and I had a huge sense of deja vu. It really reminded me of what it used to feel like when I first started smoking ganga. Could this high pitched whistling be a product of the DMT being released from the ganga a while back and for some reason it will not leave now? Who knows... I'm just curious if anyone else has encountered these things.
Oh my god. I broke it. I broke reality.

That's pretty interesting with your tinnitus. Not sure what to say about the DMT-ganja connection.

When I first started smoking weed, I would get incredibly higher than all my friends. They would say (strangers too) how they had never seen someone get so high off of just weed. I wasn't getting as far as you, but my face would contort and spasm involuntarily, my eyelids would glue themselves shut, and I wouldn't be able to open them (with will - I could peel them open with my fingers if I wanted to). One time I wondered why I couldn't see, and they had to tell me it's cause my eyes were shut. It would get pretty ridiculous, but I loved the feeling of conditionally losing control. Even before taking any psychedelics, when I would get really high I would see clouds of color in the air, or get taken on a big mental trip through the imagination, but it ultimately all falls short of true psychedelic experience - most of which falls completely short of the front gate of DMT's playground.

Tinnitus is pretty much still a mystery with little research having been conducted.
I have it too after standing next to a speaker in a club one night when I was younger.

I also have had some wild head trips in the past and recently so after a long break from weed, and even though I smoke weed regularly again I remain a lightweight.
I smoked some ridiculously strong stuff the other week and had vivid trip static / patterning, neon faces and eyes in low light while simultaneously having rogue uncontrollable thoughts and feeling deep seated psycological pain some would could class as a mild psycosis. I think it just occasionaly smashes the subconcious open to remind you of its power. Like pressing up to the windows of hyperspace but different more like inner hyperspace no fluidity just random and instant.

Weed can take you by surprise sometimes it seems to have an ability to rake up things from the subconcious that may have been well buried for a long time leaving you with much soul searching to find the cause of the pain..

I do agree that it's like dipping your toes into hyperspace without actually being flung into it face first.

I used to wish that I could just smoke ganga like everyone else but I've come to realize that what I experience is a special treat. Smile
