Can anyone tell me from experience if doing an A/B extraction on San Pedro will have a significantly higher yield than STB? I am leaning towards the STB route, but don't have a whole lot of material to work with. I would like to be as efficient and thorough as possible.

properly done they should yeild about the same
stb is alot less labor, but you use more chems

if you have a small amount of starting material, and want the best yeild- i suggest ab
