So I recently had a low dose of Ayahuasca, and through the experience noticed I felt very connected to the few friends I had with me and felt much more loving.

The day after I was at my relative's house reading a book when their cat jumped up onto the couch and starting licking my face (even the eyelids) clean. This took me totally by surprise, because I used to torment this cat and it had completely avoided me from then onwards. I feel like the cat had sensed a change in me that I don't fully understand.

The next day I was in a classroom sitting on the floor with around 20 people when someone came in with a dog. This dog ran through everyone straight towards me and started licking my face while I tried to fend it off laughing hysterically.

Can anyone else relate to this? Or do I just have a very tasty looking face? Confused

Animals can really sense some sort of positive energy, it's true. I thought I also had tasty skin or something because my cats would incessantly lick me. So much, that if I didn't physically stop them, they would lick and lick until my skin started to get raw.

All the time I'm confounding people with this. Friends who have pets that are very withdrawn will instantly love me. They'll say, "Wow, he never likes anyone" or, "That cat hates everyone! Do you have tuna in your pocket or something?" Laughing

I don't know exactly what it's attributed to. Psychedelics can and do cause it. I think the more you 'live in the now' the more this kind of thing will happen with pets. Obviously animals have memory, but when you watch them or live with them for a while you realize even if they do remember, they choose to live in the present.

the chosen spice doesn't change your vibe as much as it purifies/cleanses you also your third eye is guaranteed to be blasted open and if you are projecting good vibes into the universe with that energy you are likely to attract all kinds of good things

Yeah, animals tend to love me, but I know how to get on their good sides rather quickly, and after I tend to pay them lots of attention. First thing, I'll offer my hand for them to sniff, and while they're giving good ol' Global a whiff, I'll sneak the other hand 'round back to start scratching/massaging the ears. It's usually the start of a life-long bond from there.

I definitely agree that animals can sense energy from the person/s and the surrounding environment. Animals, I do believe, live in the present. Whether it's a cat laying there sun bathing, taking it all in, a dog chasing a ball, a cat eating, or even a cat cleaning themself, there always just right 'here'. Animals have the great ability to always love unconditionally no matter what was said/done in the past. Sure there are cases of heavy animal abuse and the resulting dog is a nightmare, but the dog can always be rehabilitated through calm-assertiveness and being the leader in the animals life. These two things combined with the fact that the animal always chooses to live in the present results in an animal working itself back in to it's natural state of being in the present and full of unconditional love n' devotion.

My girlfriends cats absolutely love me. Two of the four cats are a mix of outdoor and indoor, and when im driving down her street i can typically see one or both of them running from opposite ends of the neighborhood to be sitting there when i open my car door. :}
Purrin a storm, they rub n' push there way between my legs like a figure 8 as i walk to the door. Such majestic creatures.

I remember yesterday I was in the kitchen and my girlfriends black lab jumped up on the couch and was just laying there. My lady goes in there "jack, get down!, jack getttt dooownnn!" repeatedly flailing her arms in various directions trying to somewhat coax the dog off the couch. She attempted to grab his collar and pull him off, only to her demise, he attempted to transform himself into a sack of potatoes. He wasn't budging. I end up walking in there, calmly, not timid, as a 'leader', 'knowing' in my head that this dog would come off the couch easily. I gently walk over look at him. I 'know' that he 'knows'. He senses me and what I need him to do. I step to the side, and with a light snap of my fingers he immediately barrels off the couch and goes to lay down on hus blanket. Very happy

"Ohh sure! Mr. dog man all good with the animals, sure, just get him off the couch!!" She mumbles some other things under her breath, but i couldn't recall hehe. I really do recommend the "Dog Whisperer" book by Cesar Milan. I know some people might have seen the show. His book is excellently written. The guy really knows how to rehabilitate/recalibrate animals and work with them. I learned alot from reading only s few chapters. First off in his book he in in complete alignment with the premise that animals are extremely sensitive to surrounding energies and tend to mirror back what they are receiving. It's all about calm-assertive energy and being the pack leader (at least for dogs) as dogs descended and still have the ingrained pack mentality. They look for calm assertive leadership and affection. That's really all they need from you and they return their gift to you as your life long loving companion.

This book works with dog/animals yes, but it's also been a great extension to my daily life and interacting with people. Much the same premise when dealing with human interaction, as far as calm assertive energy goes.

End rant.

much love,
tat

I'm not sure about ayahuasca, but last year while camping in the desert, I took a few grams of cubensis mushrooms and had a large beautiful moth get *very* friendly with me. It landed on me, crawled around on my hand for a while, and refused to leave for quite a while. I took several pictures during that time, including this one.

That's peculiar that animals seem to sense your presence the way that they do after Aya. I've found myself being very good with animals in a similar fashion. Most pets that I meet for the first time (even some random cats on the street) have taken a strange liking in me. It's as if they're infatuated with me! Though this has been happening since before I first tried the spice, so I can't say if it has changed at all since then.

It'd be interesting to find out if somehow sub-consciously humans could pick up this vibe as well. I haven't noticed anything but it's kind of a curious thought.

I've read somewhere that cultures dated back thousands of years that were involved in visionary plants developed some sort of telepathy within the tribes. I'm not sure how true this may be, but it'd be an interesting subject to study scientifically!

I have noticed that i recieve more attentions from animals. But mostly it is sexual (unless those are the particular encounters that tend to stick in my mind). Earlier in the year i was sitting in my garden, minding my own business, when a large new foundland jumped on my back and started to mount me. A couple of weeks ago in the local bar someone"s jack russel was doing a frottage on my ankle with his groin. Even my cat has started to violate me at every opportunity.

It maybe a vibe that i am giving off or just that i notice these things more nowadays as i think i have always got on with most animals.
I still eat meat so i think that if i was giving off a vibe there would be certain animals that would not be receptive to it. Chickens, cows and pigs spring to mind, possibly prawns aswell. I am partly to blame for their suffering and no amount of DMT will be able to clean away my guilt for these crimes. I am working on becoming more vegetable orientated.

Last night I vaped some dmt at a friends house, his cat normally is evil, its is practically a feral cat. As I was coming down a bit the cat came and laid on me... this cat would normally not even come near me unless it was to scratch me, so I must say psychedelics have a way of attracting/connecting with animals for sure.
