I wanted to make a thread about encounters with entities etc. but i realized it was way to long. I started to derail into a concept that i have experienced and could potentially alter my problems i am having with DMT. (And life in general) Thank you very much.

The blue entity, i have met maybe 4-5 times more. Expressing less and less anger resulting in more trust and acceptance from my side. This resulted in a particularly positive experience that affirmed great power within me. I felt myself become a dragon for a minute. And spontaneously did some yoga stretching during the experience. Things become significantly less explainable in words in hence-forth experiences. In the next experience i lost all senses and became my physical breath itself. Bouncing about extra-dimensional walls having weird thoughts about DMT-Nexians reaching this place and the feeling of being reborn. As the words "Satori enlightenment" echoed through my mind.

Smoked DMT again. Meditated and saw my chakra points in my reflection. During this excercise i heared audible hallucinations of intruders burgling my home outside of the window. And felt an invisible force coming from behind reaching and intruding my abdomen area. I instantly felt weaker and weaker. Feelings of guilt and negativity without specific cause entered my consciousness. Vibrating the sound 'AUMMMM' revealed beautiful patterns inside my third eye. Vibrating the sound 'VAMMM' next to nothing. While it did release negative emotions of guilt and sadness. Agressively yelling 'RAMMMM' resulted in loads of energy. The feelings in my lower chakras felt absolutely drained. (Remember, that i could see/feel these specific points in the body)
In addition, 2-3 days after the experience i got ill. Which is weird because i haven't been sick since i was 10 or so.

I guess this is why i'm resorting to the spirituality forum, i am looking for spiritual answers!

There is an additional factor in these things. Something that words can't adequately explain. But reveals (to me) a deeply spiritual connection that gives me the sense that chinese Qi Gong masters KNOW which forces are at play here. If i am only able to convey this factor they should be able to link them back to this spiritual connection at play here.

I don't want to overuse the word 'spiritual' but stick close to the essence; which is tied in with my experience of folding in and becoming my breath, as i travel through a spiral-like rope that slowly unfolds as i keep breathing in this cosmic breath. (hah, poetic)

Within this spiral-like structure i find emotional stuff.. I am wondering, if anyone can relate?

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I'm no Qi gong master but I've been practicing for well over a decade so I can speak with some authority on the subject.

I started doing Qi gong because I had bowel cancer and couldn't get treatment.

I've had some profoundly spiritual experiences whilst practicing Qi Gong. Some of the earlier ones were quite mundane but they have progressed over the years.

The first thing that ever happened when I was practicing was a possum would run along the top of the fence near where I did my practice. I was doing it at 3 am so I think he was going about his normal nocturnal routine at that time. At first he would just scurry past and pause very briefly to check me out - he was like a normal aloof possum and kept his distance.

After a week or so he would stop and sit there for a while and check me out, then over the next few weeks he lost all fear and started moving into the tree that overhung the fence and the driveway where I did my Qi Gong to get a good look at me.

Then one morning he came so close that I could feel his body warmth through my scalp. He was nearly touching me. He kept doing that for a few days, I really believe he could feel my Qi and liked to borrow a bit. I didn't mind as I was so honored to have a wild animal come so close and not perceive me as a threat.

Around that time I believe my third eye was starting to be awakened opened or whatever happens to it and was getting insights and visions that would pan out to be (sometimes) very accurate.

One morning when doing the Qi gong I was expecting my possum mate to turn up but he hadn't shown up as I was getting towards the end of my practice. I was doing an exercise (not really an exercise you stand dead still for this one) known as circulating the small universe - where you focus on moving your Qi around your body. Then I got an crystal clear image in my mids eye (I close my eyes for that particular exercise) of a tiger behind me. It was so vivid that it actually startled me, I could see this thing approaching behind me. It was so real that I just had to turn around to check it out and when I did I saw a ginger Tom cat walking down the driveway behind me.

Another time a few weeks later the possum started coming down and standing next to me while I practiced. This went on to become a regular thing and we did it together every day. One time I was doing the White Crane spreads wings exercise and I looked down at the possum and he was doing the exact same thing in sync with me, he was even standing on his two hind legs.

Then the people across the road got a Rottweiler pup and never kept it locked up, so I never saw the possum again.

I also went to see a Chinese TCM practitioner, while I was laying in her room with the acupuncture needles in me I would close my eyes and meditate. One time I felt like there were hands passing over me so I opened my eyes expecting to see her there (the doctor) but no-one was there. This happened several times and I started to get the impression it was one of her ancestors. I asked her if her father or grandfather were doctors and she told me nearly all the men in her family had been doctors for over 400 years.

After that I used to get a mental image of two old Chinese men standing over me and even guiding the qi through my body whenever I practiced. It was like they would point out the areas where there were blockages and help the flow of my Qi with their hands.

The cancer went into remission and has never returned. I still do Qi gong almost every day - although I do slack off sometimes.

To me Qi gong is a deeply spiritual practice and can connect us to the cosmos.

Hieronymous, can you share with us where you learned the specific postures you practiced?

Yeah sure

Most of my Tai chi and Qi Gong was learned from reading books.

It was in many ways serendipity or providence, the books more or less found me when I was in my "book phase". At that time I was reading 3-5 books a day for 3 or 4 days a week and spending the other 3 or 4 days a week looking for books in second hand bookstores.

The first book I found was titled - An introduction to Tai Chi & Toaist energy meditation by Gary Khor Eng Aun. The book is in two parts. Half is dedicated to Tai Chi and the second half to the 8 sacred exercises (8 strands of brocade) said to have been developed by a doctor employed by a Chinese emperor to keep him in good health.

The next book was titled - Chi Kung Taoist Secrets Fitness Life Longevity book Wen Mei Yu Wild Goose form.
Chi Kung: Taoist Secrets of Fitness and Longevity

The book I feel was the most important and most relevant to me at the time was written by a westerner who has traveled and studied the art for many years. It is titled - The Healing Promise of Qi: Creating Extraordinary Wellness Through Qigong and Tai Chi.
The Healing Promise of Qi: Creating Extraordinary Wellness Through Qigong and Tai Chi

For the last 12 years I've alternated my practice between the sacred exercises in the book by Gary Khor and the techniques in the book above by Rojer Janke but I apply the some of the finer points from the wild goose philosophy.

Thanks for that write up, Hieronymous. Appreciate it a lot. I am very glad that you have managed to overcome the impossible. Something the western mind has a very hard time grasping their mind on how such a physical thing like cancer can be linked to mental well-being and prosperity. The possum story is cute. Very cute. but those two chinese men are interesting and comes close to my dmt experience. (Mental images, aliens operating on you etc.) I just hope to attain discipline to practice Qi Gong every day like you. Or atleast every other day.

I don't know the difference between Tai Chi and Qi Gong, but it has been recommended to me to get video lessons on Tai Chi instead of trying to learn Jiu-jitsu and Thai-boxing. Those videos could serve as a nice addition to these books you mentioned.
