Hi guys,

Time to introduce myself! I'm a musician and play the violin in a folk/nonsense type band. I also love singing and teach music for a living. Spend A LOT of my free time checking out live music (both live and electronic) and love going to little festivals and finding awesome undiscovered acts. Did I mention I love dancing too??

I first got into psychedelics about 4 years ago and have probably tripped 40+ times. I took mushrooms in Amsterdam and then discovered you could legally buy mescaline in the form of cactus on the internet. I had been quite depressed growing up, and had very low self-esteem. Cactus completely changed my life and made me realise the world was beautiful and that only I was responsible for how I felt. I also cried for about 2 days afterwards because I had never heard music like that before and thought it was so beautiful...! I got out of a relationship that was not making me happy, and I haven't looked back since.

Since then I've learnt how to grow and hunt mushrooms (yay for liberty caps!) and have also tried mescaline extractions on Peruvian Torch. I tried LSD for the first time about 18 months ago and boy did that change a few things too, most importantly about living in the moment. I used to be such a worrier.

I've been ill for about 2 years with a chronic infection but it has been a huge learning curve and has helped me grow as a person so much. Life is definitely sending me a lesson. I've had to eat an incredibly restrictive diet and I've given up so many crutches I've developed over the years like smoking and drinking. It's really taught me how to appreciate what I have. Although I'm not better yet I am actually quite glad I've had this experience. I've learnt so much about myself and changed myself in so many ways. I used to be a incredibly negative person but being ill has taught me how to look on the bright side, and I now consider myself to be a very happy person Smile

I have some changa sat at home that I'm waiting for the perfect moment to try, and I'm really interested in brewing Ayahuasca in the near future.

I absolutely love the site, so many great people and SO much information. Look forward to chatting with you all Smile
