Hey y'all!

I am a fairly young entheogen enthusiast, and I would just like to say that this seems to be, by far, the most professional forum on the subject I have ever seen. I have much good information to share about these compounds, both plant and synthesized, that I think you will be happy to add to your knowledge-banks.

I plan on posting an introduction essay when I have time to type it, but it is currently only in handwritten form. It was written as a letter to my mother explaining safe use of entheogens, but after reading it out loud to various groups of people, I believe it would work just as well in the context of this web site as an introduction essay.

One of my major goals in life is sustained maturity, and I think my viewpoints will be highly compatible with the accepting and measured approach that DMT NEXUS seems to take. Hope to make some real friends!

She hasn't read the letter yet, but she has responded very positively to all of the information I have given her so far, which is expanded upon greatly in the letter. I'll let you all know what she says when she hears it! Still have a bit of editing to do before it is mom-worthy.

It took me a while to get my mom to accept my entheogen use.. Basically it was not about arguments, but about being a healthy productive person and showing by actions that it was doing me good and not otherwise. Though certainly giving good arguments helped along the way. From when I started doing these substances to now, 15 years later, she has changed a lot and even once mentioned she is somewhat curious (but affraid) of trying ayahuasca sometime in the right setting.

Also you didnt mention specifically if you tried entheogens in general or dmt in specific, and if extractions are part of your plan ..

I am 21 years old. I have tried Entheogens in general many times, and DMT once. I am not a DMT connoisseur, and am far more interested in Phenethylamines and Lysergic Acid Amine than I am in Tryptamines, and I have performed extractions to contribute to safe personal use of some chemicals.

I would never sell an Entheogen, or DMT. I do not drink Alcohol, smoke Nicotine, or drink Caffeine. I am not an avid supporter of Marijuana, though I believe it is much safer than the legal recreational drugs, and has some benefits as an Entheogen. I avoid Stimulants, Depressants, Opiates, Barbituates, and generally anything that feels 'druggy' like the plague. I have experimented with many research chemicals, but have now completely halted my use of them, due to the uncertain safety level.

I have a job, and am a well-spoken individual, as well as a (mostly) proud American citizen. I live in my own house with my wonderful mate, and am almost completely financially independent. After I tried Marijuana for the first time, I called my mother and let her know. She trusts me, but I still had to wait a long time before I was in a comfortable enough life position to let her know about my use of Entheogenic compounds. The floodgates are now open, and I would love to hear any stories from people who have told their parent/s about their use of these plants and chemicals.

I have always been pretty honest with my folks regarding my use of various substances, to mixed but mostly accepted status.

This 20 odd year or so attitude has culminated in a recent weekend wherein I facilitated DMT journeys for my Mother, Father, Sister and Brother in Law. Having a similar open attitude with my wife has also culminated in her having four journeys thus far also. I am hoping they will provide report in due time (I think my wife has created a lurker account on here lol).

Huge relief to hear! My mother has expressed interest in trying an Entheogen at our family mountain house with me as a sitter. I am somewhat hesitant, but I am open to the idea and am trying to think of ways I could maximize the therapeutic and recreational value of her experience. I think taking a walk outside at the nearby river, and listening to some of her favorite music with her would be a good idea. Possible also watching Billy Jack, which is a classic counterculture movie and a favorite of hers.

I've been using entheogens since I was a teenager, and now some 20 years later, I still have not told my mom, even though I now she would most likely very much like to try a hit of acid or so...she is very spiritual...i hope to get around to it one day...Hello and welcome TheSupremeI.
