It could be said that you can tell a thing or two about a person by their choice in desktop wallpaper. Furthermore, that perfect desktop wallpaper can be hard to find. With this in mind, I wondered if I could perhaps coax a few members into sharing their current choice of desktop wallpaper. If anything this could offer a thread for some of us to find inspiration in each others choices. I mean we are a many and varied group with some real far out tastes. I can't see how this would be anything but a goldmine, though I do love myself a good desktop and lately have been short of finding some proper gems.. Some of the artwork on here I must admit has been used in the past by myself (naming no names hehe).. Anyhoo, here is my current choice (My son loves Domo lol).

I change mine about once a week or so, so i can't resist posting a bunch of the ones i've enjoyed. The quality doesn't look as good as it does on the desktop though My favorite has to be that one of the orion nebula. Many years ago me and some friends were on an lsd adventure in the woods, and when we came back we got on my computer to put on some music. By then we were tripping really hard and our jaws dropped when we saw that image. In it we were seeing cosmic dance of alien beings seamlessly morphing all over, and could even point them out to each other. Call it crazy pattern recognition, but they had a hard time believing me when i told them it was just a hubble space photo and not some psychedelic alien life form .gif or something. To be honest, i still see some of them in there universecannon attached the following image(s): 549024_10201885808690796_138413479_n.jpg (152kb) downloaded 345 time(s). geisha androidjones.jpg (1,060kb) downloaded 323 time(s). 579930_415875028443345_255079767856206_1248992_1217041412_n.jpg (40kb) downloaded 326 time(s). orion nebula.jpg (234kb) downloaded 320 time(s). Nice selections. I change mine about once a week to once a month. I recently switched my tablets wallpaper to this. Before it was this. This one before that one. For my PC this has been on there for a while. As you can see, I am also a fan of Cameron Grey and Android Jones. Keep them coming! I love EYE Candy. who's minding the store?- Ram Dass Mz.Gypzy is a fictional character. I have a very active imagination. I like to make things up, to entertain myself and others on the internet. I do not use, or condone the use of illegal substances. Everything I write here on the Nexus is for pure entrainment purposes only.

Hey Universecannon - what is that first image? spectacular and familiar! JBArk JBArk is a Mandelthought; a non-fiction character in a drama of his own design he calls "LIFE" who partakes in consciousness expanding activities and substances; he should in no way be confused with SWIM, who is an eminently data-mineable and prolific character who has somehow convinced himself the target he wears on his forehead is actually a shield.

Ok thanks, I'll take a look. I currently have one of cyb's works as my desktop - the mason jar overflowing with basified MHRB. Before that I had A.J. Casson's shore pattern, which i thought was a pretty good painterly version of what trees look like on a moderate dose of mushrooms: jbark attached the following image(s): shore pattern Casson.jpg (91kb) downloaded 252 time(s).JBArk is a Mandelthought; a non-fiction character in a drama of his own design he calls "LIFE" who partakes in consciousness expanding activities and substances; he should in no way be confused with SWIM, who is an eminently data-mineable and prolific character who has somehow convinced himself the target he wears on his forehead is actually a shield.
