A week ago, I boiled 150g of powdered torch chips 5x to make some resin balls for an upcoming trip for a friend and myself. Afterwards I popped the pile of snotty mush into the freezer just in case.

As I'm tooling around getting various things accomplished this past Saturday, I got the notion to boil the cactus remains some more JUST to see if there were any goodies left.

And so it came to be that I boiled the goop 3 more times, and, after filtering with a t-shirt, left the results to settle overnight. Sunday morning I poured off the liquid , reduced it in a pan to a volume I could manage in one gulp, chilled it up, and drank it down (making me swear to Krisna that I wasn't drinking any more of that vile syrup - it is resin balls for me from now on).

What I got felt like what 75-100mg of extracted, impurish mesc has felt like in the past. Nice groovy day getting stuff done with extra sparkle.

About 4pm I decided to smoke a little changa... good idea Pleased

Next weekend I plan on boiling the mush again... just to see. I'm a mesc-mizer. I want every mg of goodies to get in mah belly Pleased

This. Pressure cookers work GREAT for preparing cactus. I don't care what anyone says about heat degradation.

I think the #1 concern is thst the snot-foam would clog the security valve, making the pressure cooker go kaboom.

For that it is mentioned to boil first with open lid til the foam has seized.
