After the 2nd manske process is completed we move onto step 10 which is to filter and dissolve the HCL crystals. It says to just use warm water, then to Base the solution, does vinergar need to be added at all or just strait water?

Warm water was added to dissolve the crystals and sodium carbonate was mixed in untill the solution was cloudy this is the current progress of the solution, does it seem right? It looks like it all just settled to the bottom basically, should vinegar be added?

The 2nd picture is a shot of some sexy HCL xtals so I know its in there

To dissolve the harmala HCl salts you only need water.
