Alcohol
Casual sex
Night clubs and bars, Parties
Solitude
Social circle
Loneliness
Having a lot of friends
Being Born Ugly or Beautiful
Alcohol - I don't drink any. Seems more of a damaging substance than something that leads to constructive and positive effects IMO (though I know there are exceptions and as long as the person doesn't bother me or others, I dont mind if someone else drinks)
Casual sex - If both people consent to it and use condoms, why not? Can be great fun! Though I definitely preffer sex with love
Night clubs and bars - I don't frequent them usually. It's like the level of interaction is often very crude, too many drunken annoying people, music is often not good. Again, there are exceptions, and I'd go to some place if a specific dj/producer I like is playing, but I just generally avoid it.
Solitude/loneliness - I think it's natural to have a certain separation once you realize that not all social interaction is beneficial, but I think it's also possible to become too isolated and this is neither good. Gotta find a balance.
Social circle / Having lots of friends - I get along well with people of all kinds and know many people, but I generally choose who I hang out with well. Better quality than quantity.
Being born ugly/beautiful - On one hand it's a subjective thing (in one culture or time, the concept of beauty might be different than another).. Also I think often confidence and self-image matter nearly more than outer beauty. I often see people on the streets that are pretty, but probably have a low self-esteem and dont take care of themselves and then they become uglier. Or the inverse. I've seen people who would be considered very 'ugly' with a boyfriend/girlfriend and perfectly happy. That being said, I'm not sure about the extremes, it must not be easy having a very strong "ugly" characteristic like some genetic defect or whatever. I guess the best these people can do is try to have a good inner attitude and take it as a challenge and opportunity for inner growth
