when performing a freeze precipitation, will the Naphtha all evap away in the freezer, or do you have to pour it off after forming crystals? Also if you pour off the Naphtha can you reuse that for a pull, or just dump it?

You will want to pour off the naphtha after everything has crashed out of solution and, yes, you can re-use this for later pulls. Re-use that solvent as many times as you can! If it gets really nasty/won't precip well somewhere down the road, you can shake it up with some methanol 2-3 times and it'll be good as new. Evap that methanol and you'll have yourself some tasty honey spice.

Thanks for the info on the honeytek, my cat will be very happy with this news! he keeps telling me about things he wants to do but wants other opinions on it, he says that a lime tek was performed, and the Naphtha is precipitating, he plans to do a 2nd set of 2 more Naphtha pulls 24 hours later after the first initial pull was performed, he wants to know if it would be a good idea to just leave the naphtha precipitating in the freezer until it is time to preform the 2nd set of pulls, and use the naphtha poured off from the first pulls, oh also, he wants to know how to know when to pour it off, is it just simply when the naphtha isn't cloudy anymore or what? Is it really noticeable?

Well you should see DMT crystals forming after a few hours. 12-24 hours is enough. You can leave for more if you want, but wont change much if your freezer is properly cold.

Pour off through coffee filter in case any floating crystals are around, but usually they stick to the side of the glass. Check FAQ for best way to retrieve crystals after freeze precipitation.

If you don't see crystals, thats probably because your naphtha isnt saturated enough with dmt, so you need to evaporate it down to, say, a quarter of current volume, and freeze again. Check FAQ for more info on size of pulls and pre-evap issues.

by the way, close your naphtha container in the freezer, you dont want naphtha vapors stuck to your freezer specially if you ever plan on having food there.

plenty snow white crystals are forming at the bottom, but still can distinctly see plenty of little DMT molecules floating around looking for something to grab on and crystalize so my cats gonna wait to pour it off
