In the Non-Polar wash section he mentions the following, "The first pull if done immediately after getting the lime-bark to one of the consistencies shouldould yield anywhere from 10%-35% (in my experience.) If the first pull is done after 6-8 hours however it will likely yield 25%-60%.
2 pulls done around 24 hours and 48 hours (or later) should be enough to get 80%-90% of the DMT (In my experience).
Pulls after that tend to be rather small but I highly recommend doing pulls at 1 week and another at 2 or 3 weeks to get all the DMT possible.

So is he stating that after you add warm naphtha to the mix if you wait for 24-48 hours you will pull 80%-90% of the DMT?
So is it best to stir regularly for 24 hours to get a nice pour? and do you cover the mixing bowl?

he means leave the lime mix then after the said times add the naptha.

I do a pull 1 hour after adding lime leaving naptha in for 10-15mins, as soon as remove naptha I repeat 3 more times.

then 24hours later do one more pull which usually yields next to nothing. seem to get 95% with those first 4 pulls.

If you read the Tek just above where it states what you quoted it says:



A pull consists of adding the naphtha as well as it sitting in the plant material, and then being removed. iirc I did my first two pulls right away and got a decent yield. 3rd and 4th pulls were done 48 hours later. If you read the steps a pull is done in approx 10 min.
