I would suggest against any type of stimulants on mushrooms, I even refrain from caffeine a few hours prior short of what may be in the tea.

if you want more"energy" you need to plan your experience better.

do it early in the day when your fully rested but awake.
if at all possible do some cardio or something to get your blood pumping for 15-20 min prior

be Outside, somewhere safe and secluded and scenic if possible.

bring a mp3 player or something and be with nature (just keep your clothes on) youll have soo much energy while exploring your environment.

or go to a music festival.

its 10% set 90% setting imo, but thats a vital 10%

I'll second cacao. The stuff really is a holy thing.
Avoid music festivals, unless you are REALLY comfortable around people or are really experienced with mushrooms. I cannot imagine ANYTHING worse then being in a crowded place while tripping.

I have found that, while on mushrooms, it is EXTREMELY hard to start moving, but once I do, I actually feel pretty energetic. It's that first push to get out of the chair that is the hardest. Once I'm out exploring, the ADD/wonder, generally keeps me moving around, jumping from thing to thing.

Of course, at higher doses, you can just forget about it. For those, I say: find a nice, outdoor place where you're not likely to be disturbed, lie down, and look at tree branches above you.

Very enlightening.

Blessings

This is why I drink the mushroom tea while walking around, then there is no need for that initial "push", your already moving around while you are coming up and peaking. Much easier to continue to move around that way.

I cant imagine doing this with anything more then 2.5g though. Anything 3g and over, find a nice spot to relax for a few hours. You wont be moving much.
Everything published by Gone-and-Back are the mad rantings and ravings of a mind who yearns to be free and thinks he knows what he is talking about. However, these are just delusions made to feel that freedom, because that freedom will never come. Any experiments done are purely figments of the imagination, and are falsified to the highest degree. Nothing should be taken seriously from a crazy mans mind.

Maybe trying a lower dose could help. Seeing that you want to be able to play the guitar and not go for the full psychedelic experience a lower dose might do the trick.

That is the next experience I'm trying, thank you.
I fell out at the "park bench" portion lol I saw myself finally sitting down and looking around for my warm-curl-up-in-to-watch-the-show blanket then remembering I should be walking, that discussion alone would be worth the attempt!

Thanks for the idea, one I'd never have tried on my own...wait! Hellsbells, I'm the poster-child for the geographically challenged of the world, lost, lost allot comes to mind...wait, never mind. By that time I'd be sailing along on my fave Boa's lip and it would be great...Virt out
