I have the eclipse vape, and honestly I think its the best dmt/extract pipe there is. Ill try to post a pic but if you guys haven't heard of it you should check it out. One big hit and I can breakthrough every time. Only question is do I want to?
It's nearly unbreakable, super easy to clean, and you can pick up extra glass tubes so you don't ever have to cross contaminate.

have you tried a vaping device that uses convection instead of conduction? Conduction devices can be used effectively but the convection devices are a better bet imo.

what kind of doses are you loading in your eclipse vape to breakthrough?

I don't have a scale but I usually put enough in for a couple sessions because I don't like to touch my dmt over and over again. by convection do you mean like the vapor genie using hot air? or a classic electronic vaporizer? You might be right about that, but I think with practice you can easily do it as good or better. The glass is pretty thick so it doesn't get super hot unless I torch it for too long.
I have used a vapor genie for weed so I know how it smokes and I think this would work better for me at least.

I'm glad you can get your vape to work well but I'm pretty sure conduction is an inferior heating method, your vape device is basically a fancy crack pipe.

The reason I asked about your dose is so we can try to see how efficient your vape is, if it works well but you need 50mg for a breakthrough then it would turn out its not very good after all, but if you don't have scales then it will remain a mystery.

Why do you think conduction will be better?

Having thought I had perfected my conduction bong, I was in the same boat as you. I was sure that I was vaping it just as good as those with a GVG.

Once I got my GVG I found out I was wrong.

How many hits does it take you to breakthrough with the vapor genie?

I also have an Eclipse VAAPPP and it is one of my favorite tools to use for the sacred spice. I would agree that convection seems to work better for the most part, but the Eclipse VAAAPP is number one as far as conduction tools go. It also works very well for plant matter and other chemicals.

All I know is that with the eclipse I was able to have a 20 minute plus breakthrough not counting afterglow, and the come up was so fast it hit me before I could breathe out and I didn't hold it in at all because I knew I took too big of a hit. Probably doesn't conserve it but you can vape way more way faster. Wasteful, but lets just say I will never do that again, that was a once in a lifetime trip, complete ego death and when it started wearing off I had to ask my girlfriend if I still existed several times. I thought about that trip for a week straight, nothing else could keep my attention. I only knew I was alive because I caught myself hyperventilating.

Do you know the size of the dose you loaded?

I would usually load more than one so I could pass it to my girlfriend, but im sure 75mg+. The trip rose to a peak and all I could see for what seemed like eternity was red, and I felt like I was flying a million miles in hour. complete obe, I didn't know my name or even what I was.

probably wouldn't ever try for that strong of an experience ever again but i'm definitely grateful for the experience. It was an accident and my first proper experience. My only regret is it made me gunshy, it made me take it easy after that that's for sure. Every breakthrough is nerve-wracking though, and I always feel dejavu. its always like " oh now I remember what happened. oh you again."
