How long does it take for DMT vapour to recondense? Is there time to let the Machine chamber fill before inhaling?

More than enough time for vaping purposes. You can fill a bong with the full bowls worth of vapor and catch it all. There will always be a hardly measurable amount of condensation but this usually takes a few sessions to actually build up to a visible level.
