to make a long story short my friend accedentally put his DMT into his bag of mescaline, he still wants to take the mescaline but is cautious, he also wonders will the DMT become active when he takes the mescaline, my friend usually puts mescaline in water or some kind of non heated drink, weve looked around online for info on this and apparently nobody has been unlucky as my friend first thing in the morning, anyways thanks all for any feedback  "One Small Step For Man, One Giant Leap For Mankind" Neil Armstrong

If the DMT also contains 5-meo-DMT then yes. It will be active from the 5-meo. (5-meo is active without an MAOI) You will need an MAOI for the DMT to take effect. Your friend should be alright. if its HCL then you could poor the whole bag into some IPA/Acetone, the DMT will dissolve into the solvent but the mescaline wont, then siphon off the IPA and let it evap to leave your DMT. The powder that doesn't dissolve is your Mescaline, just allow the solvent to evap from that and the rescue is complete for Harmalas you want Rue or Caapi.
