Last time I traveled to tryptamine land I used some pure harmaline hcl, as well as 1 gram of 20X caapi extract on shredded caapi leaf that I got from an internet vendor. About 3 hours after launch of an otherwise profoundly beautiful experience I began to itch all over my body. I took some benadryl and it went away, but it felt like an allergic reaction. I suspect the 20X caapi extract. Have you heard of this?

What do you mean? You should NOT eat 6 hours before and nothing after. So in reality you can or fast all day, or have light meal: lentil and rice by noon, and then do at night Aya, Dmt, whatever, this goes for Iboga, peyote, all.

You misunderstood me. I did not misspell lunch. By "launch" I meant t=0, blast off, the time at which the trip began. Sorry if my language was confusing. Food was not an issue.

I personally dont agree with the whole fast thing. It is not an approach that I have gained any value from.
