Hi Nexians!

Dreamer042 & some fellow nexians gave me an idea to get us off our little bums and get our bodies working.

As we know a healthier lifestyle can lead us to better trips and well being.

So I'll start with 2 simple exercises that you can almost do anywhere and anytime Cool

The burpee & the plank Wink

Please remember good form & safety first. This is not meant to be a challenge. Just simple fitness ideas that almost anyone should be able to do without any equipment.

Have fun and please share any ideas!

Breathing is also very important!

During exercise I always breath in through my nose and slowly breath out through my mouth. All controlled for as long as possible without any heavy panting.

It really works to help make your lungs more efficient and to give you more stamina that way.

Clean and jerk

Dont need a lot of weight just use good form, this exercise really works the whole body. I like this with pushups and pullups and some jogging.

Also if you dont have bar, you can use a bag of dirt or sand, or a large branch!

Some healthy competition

Does anyone want to do the 100 burpee challenge? just time yourself for 100 burpees?

my best = 100 burpees in 17 minutes!


LET THE TORTURE COMMENCE!


PS- I am absolutely drenched in sweat after that. Thanks Boogerz for reminding me of the burpee.
