Dreamer042 & some fellow nexians gave me an idea to get us off our little bums and get our bodies working.
As we know a healthier lifestyle can lead us to better trips and well being.
So I'll start with 2 simple exercises that you can almost do anywhere and anytime
The burpee & the plank
Please remember good form & safety first. This is not meant to be a challenge. Just simple fitness ideas that almost anyone should be able to do without any equipment.
