First and foremost, a HUGE THANK YOU to all fictional, "mentally ill" and trans-dimensional beings here for such an intelligent and informative, professional yet friendly and welcoming Eden for such interest!

I've been researching for a while and feel I have now reached a point that I could contribute and indeed give something back to those that have unknowingly helped me out!

A little background:
I have experience for over 10 years with other psyches, K.Hydrochloride, LSD, S.Divinorum, Psilocybin, AMT, 5-MeoDalt, etc. but never came across DMT. I can understand why now since I have started researching more thoroughly since my introduction to it. I have smoked DMT by way of oil burner(Cr.Pipe) a few times over the last few weeks (first experiences), introduced to me by a fellow psychonaut and long time friend. I have had what I believe to be minor to moderate breakthrough experiences, though I don't have many to make an accurate comparison/conclusion (though I'm working on it!).

A brief description of one of the more powerful:
I seemed not to want to lay down/close eyes, because the whole world around me changed and vibrated, morphed (without any definite change) and that excited me. My world remained.. As though I had brought the blueprint of another dimension ONTO this physical reality and merged them together, or I was warped to a parallel world version of my house and what was familiar to me. Everything appeared tidier, cleaner.. and became what I would describe as complete perfection. Mesh like geometrical patterns covered and 'became' everything I could see in my room. Colour was hugely intensified and clear, walls became clean and coloured.. solid colour. As though I had been transported into The Sims. Looking out of the window, the Tree's were immensely vivid and alive, joyously dancing in the sun with geometrical lego-like leaves, patterns appeared in the grass as though nature was trying to show me something, in a sign language I couldn't understand. I experienced what T.McKenna had described as the popping and crackling, and realising I needed to break a breath, which served as a cue I was coming back to this reality.. I had the power to 'choose' to ignore the 'reality check' for a while and remained excited, running around looking at everything, as it slowly wore off I felt slight disappointment that I was coming back, but was so completely elated at what I had just experienced. -I think that was a breakthrough? Though I remained actively awake.

Regardless, I am hugely interested and ceased using other chems. I now realise I may have been developing a problem in my search for whatever it is I am looking for, and began to head down a detrimental road. It seems that DMT was introduced at just the perfect time in my life. So, had happened across some lovely plant materials. I have researched as much as I have been able to so far whilst retaining balance, and am midway through my first extraction. It didn't start too well, as I didn't stick to specific teks and didn't follow accuracy guidelines. It was more a trial on equipment suitability and compromise, though I seem to have yielded snow globes when frozen. I combined the lot to free up equipment and is currently held within two types of heavy/filthy solvent (mistake) that's taking forever to evap! It sits in a 40*C water-bath.. and has still taken more than 4 days (I used too much). I will give a full write up pointing out the noobie mistakes I made when I can.

Whilst the salvage is under-way, I am starting out on Cyb/CTM's Max Ion Tek (slightly tweaked for available supplies) and am in the process of a full write up to post for reference/contribution, or if needs be, so that somebody could tell me where I went wrong, if indeed I do, which I admit is likely in these early stages

I am also planning on brewing a Rue/MHRB Ayahuasca mix in the next few days. And also (when I have yielded), a Changa/B.Caapi enhanced leaf mix! All of which I would like to share with you in my journey for knowledge/wisdom/enlightenment/whatever it is that urges my search!

Thanks for the welcome! I've just posted in the newbie's area, currently on my first Anahuasca experience, waiting for the MAOI to kick in. And Ugh.. it does indeed taste quite nasty!

Currently employing your Max Ion Tek and doing a write up with some pics, a few minor tweaks like using Phosphoric acid, Hexane (Colemans Camp Fuel) and I only have 750ml wine bottles so I'm unsure whether to throw the mix into 2 bottles or concentrate it in one.

Any suggestions on colour? Would you say white is best for readability?
