I hope you get some of the answers you search for here.
I was very sorry to read of your damage and chronic pain situation. No one here (even medical doctors) is able to give you advice on your particular situation as there is only so much that one can get across via the internet.
But, we can say what has worked for us. I do know there are folks here who are war veterans who suffered wounds and others who have had some really tough injuries. Hopefully you will get some replies where folks mention what worked for them personally.
Speaking personally for myself, though my situation was/is quite different from yours, when my medication regimen permitted it (i.e. no warnings about not using MAOI's) I found banisteriopsis caapi ayahuasca to be very healing of mind and body issues.
I've also noticed that anything more than a mild dose of LSD tends to make my perception of body pain ratchet way back for the length of the trip and about 12-24 hours beyond. But again, these are just personal observations, not recommendations for your situation.
I do feel very comfortable recommending a meditation practice if you have not already adopted one into your spiritual practice regimen.
So, for these entheogens you have tried, and you were not specific, . . . may I presume mushrooms, cactus and DMT were on the list? Did you grow and/or extract your own. If so, how did that go. If not, why not and do you intend to do so in the future? I cannot recommend home growing and self extraction whenever possible highly enough.
I know you just stumbled upon us so I shall warn you this place is huge and can eat lots of hours. That's because it is thick with well researched information that has been compiled over a period of years by folks who really care and really know their material. I hope you will take some time to look around and I also hope you will like what you find. A good starting point might be taking an hour or two to read over the contents of those links that came with your welcome pm.
Again, welcome to the Nexus and here's hoping you get the answers you seek.
