Hi members,

These special subfora are meant to make compilation threads with links to the topics which we reckon as high quality. With this subforum it will be much more easy to find good quality topics and/or posts within our community.

However, there are some rules for this new subforum that are mainly meant to keep it readable. So please follow these guidelines so we can all enjoy this compiled wisdom.

THREAD NAMES

The names of the threads should be ONE single keyword that describes the collection of the topics that are included in that specific thread. The keyword should be in all capitals surrounded by the [].

Some examples:
[EXTRACTION]
[SPIRITUAL]
[SCIENCE]
[RULES]
[HUMOR]
[LAW]
...

If you have a topic that needs more than one keyword then place that topic in each separate keyword thread. If a link to a topic ends up in 3 different threads than that is ok, as long as it fits the keywords.

LINKS TO THE TOPICS

The links to the topics should be the name of the topic. Also the links should be followed by a short description as to what the topic is about and make that description cursive.

Some examples:
[IMPORTANT] No buying/selling, why?

An explanation about why we have the no buying/selling rule. Please read this carefully!

[NEW] Policy regarding discussion of different drugs

The new policy for the discussion of different drugs, a lot of harm reduction is included in this one and it also explains why you should follow this.

LINKS TO TOPICS AND POSTS

Sometimes a single post in a topic is clearly a gem while the rest of the topic is not. In that case you can link to that post too. Use the topic name for the link again and write (single post) after it.

Example:
Making this website private (single post)

The Traveler explains why this site should stay public.

PLACE ALL YOUR LINKS WITHIN ONE THREAD IN ONE POST

If you already made a post in a thread and want to add another link, then don't make a new post in that thread but edit your original post to include the new link. This way the thread will remain less cluttered.

NOTHING BUT LINKS IN THE COMPILATION THREADS

Only links should be posted in the compilation threads. So no "where can I find this topic?", "awesome work!", "I don't think this link should be here", etc.

If you want to discuss the threads or the links, like if they should or shouldn't be placed in this subforum, then please do that in this thread! That way we keep the rest of this subforum clean and readable.

So, up to making the compilations, you are all invited to join this gathering of topics. Very happy

Kind regards,

The Traveler

Also note that if you want to link 'Directly' to the post in question.
You can click on the # number next to the 'Posted: Date line' and then copy the address as a link.

ie:
