So I was listening to the Psychedelic Salon podcast titles Hermeticism & Alchemy By Terence Mckenna. There was a part in his lecture were he was talking about ehe Eleusinian Mysteries. He was saying that for over 2000years the the Eleusinian mysteries didn't get a bad rep for its patrons having dangerous convulsions. So if that's true it must have been a pretty squared away brew or beer. According to TM, Gordon Wasson said that by skimming off the oil from the top of the beer, you can remove the convulsive alkaloids. The other ingredient was "water"...that water could be a Entheogenic substance.

So Here is my proposition. I think it would be a good idea for us Nexians to do a collaborative community project. In this case it would be to collect as mush data as we all can about the Eleusinian Mysteries Kykeon Brew, also the chemists here will be very useful so we can determine the safety measures are taken when attempting to recreate the Kykeon Brew.
As a Entheogenic University, we should try and understand our past, especially if its related to Psychedelics/Entheogens. After we figure out the Kykeon, we can do another community project for the SOMA.
