I dosed 210mgs of really clean mescaline. Stuff felt great for such a low dose. But, I still feel the urge to shit even when I don't need to.

Does anyone else have this issue?
Is it the drug itself or maybe impurities in the extract?

This mescaline was cold/dry acetone washed, re-x w/ hot MEK, re-washed with cold/dry acetone and re-x with dH2O. The sanchez is very nice, my best work yet. I want to dose at an upcoming festival, but I don't want to be stuck in the porta-potties half the day.

Yeah I get that too usually towards midway through the experience.. When I used to use cactus soup they often were not 'phantom poops' towards the end of the trip.

find I also have to urinate more often and the urge comes on suddenly

Acid always makes me poop. I know you're talking about mescaline, but since I saw this thread I figured I'd chime in. Literally, whenever I do acid I will always have to poop, usually as it starts to come on. I am guessing this is because it affects/regulates your metabolism in some way. So it is a bit of an inconvenience because (like yourself) I do not want to poop in public places such as porta potties, so I always try to plan where I'll be when I need to relieve myself.

(This is almost 10 months old thread But its fine as long as the "problem" has not been resolved)

I think a big enough dose of mescaline will stimulate some kind of purge response in most people. Some people get nausea, others get the shits. Front purge vs back purge. We see this with strong aya and pharma trips as well.

Theres plenty of literature about plugging mescaline. Dissolve the dose in dH2O and use a length of tubing + lube + syringe. Lay on your side, insert tube and depress the syringe. Stay in a pron position for 15-20mins.

I haven't plugged mescaline yet, but I've heard its the best ROA. Maybe next time.
Also, don't plug mescaline tea or syrup. I've heard of people getting ill.

Like any good tripper, these things need to be planned for. If you know your going to purge from a dose. You don't want to be stuck in a porta-potty at the music festival.

There are (medical, herbal etc...) ways how to influence the way our digestive system functions. A cork might be another one, I don´t know I had an impression that people who posted in this thread see this "phantom poop" as some kind of a problem. That´s why I posted the question whether they´ve come up with a soultion that works for them.

my friends always give me so much shit for being super specific about my set and setting for tripping LSD or Shrooms specifically because of the pooping requirement! i thought i was just being a wuss... apparently im not the only one who doesnt like to poop in public...
