How did short, stiff, bulky muscles powered by tons of pills and powders along with the mandatory eating of 20 chickens per day ever come to be associated with health and fitness?
At least women have the advantage of cultural attitudes that encourage building power and flexibility in such crucial functional areas as the butt and pelvic region. Men, however, are expected to tirelessly work on their chests and biceps. You know, they need that strength to properly swing those heavy swords in battle.
