I suppose it's irrelevant to delve in to an essay 'about me.' I'm not interested in people learning about my human tendencies. They are just that, human, and will be gone sooner or later.
Instead I come with my experiences in this body and questions.

I've smoked this particular spice several times and am in awe of it. Each experience has been sensational and beyond what words can describe accurately. I have witnessed figures who put on 'performances' just for me, dancing and teasing my soul in to this sort of unreal joy. Last night I watched jester children smile coyly at me as if they were keeping a secret. All of my experiences have blown me away. However, and I have read some of the forums about this, I am having issues leaving my body. Or I suppose it's more accurate to say my body is having issues with me leaving it. haha. Each time I've smoked (of the times where it was a substantial enough of an amount), I'll exhale and the extreme, overwhelming patterns take over, instantly my legs start to kick back and forth. This is obviously being controlled by my body but definitely not my soul. I really and truly feel like my soul has tried to leave and join these dancing figures in the cosmos, several times, but each time my body forcibly hangs on to it. It feels like the kicking is my body's way of keeping my mind focused on it just enough so that it can't let go.
Any tips or suggestions for me, minus strapping my legs down. (in all seriousness I know that wouldn't work anyways.)
Has anyone else experienced this or something similar?

I've heard a theory here that the body is uncomfortable with the launch because it doesn't like to die.

I've experienced the DMT RLS thing myself and posted about it. I realize later the the thing those times had in common was that I was listening to Schpongle when it happened. I think somehow my body just couldn't resist dancing.

From the responses I got, I saw that the leg movements aren't a terribly uncommon thing with DMT.

I'm not sure how violently your legs are kicking, one theory on restless leg syndrome in general is that it can be a reaction to an over sedentary life. I don't know your daily habits, but possibly try walking and more physical activity, if you're not getting enough that is. That could possibly mitigate the leg thing somewwhat.

Welcome to the nexus trippy hippie (cool name btw) ive never personally experienced the kicking legs thing so i can't really comment on why it's happening. The only advice i could possibly give to stop it or at least stop noticing it would be SMOALK MOAR Very happy

Thanks for the feedback both of you. I always listen to Indian music. Karunesh, Krishna, Beats Antique. That kind of vibe. It's awfully mellow stuff that just plays delicious little tricks on my ears while enjoying the kaleidoscope, so I'm not sure if it's dancing (though with my personality, I'm not ruling it out yet). I assume it my body's fear of my soul taking a momentary leave of absence. I've still only experienced DMT about 7 times so I'm still very hopeful that my body will adjust.

My first time, my legs were shaking, but I did have a lot of energy to start with. I was on a low dose trip with 18mg and on appetite reduction medications which I later found to be an amphetimine and I should be carefull if ever to be travel while on those.
I was also incredibly excited at that moment in time too, that may have had a little bit to do with it. I have always found a body high with traveling and it is almost like a perfect relaxation feeling, but with large surge of energy conducting in the body on all of my relaxed lims.
As the coming down of my trip started, the shaking of my feet was still happening, but I felt like I was in complete control of it and it was easy to cease the moment.
Happy travels friend and welcome
Good luck and as always Happy Travels
