Sorry, Have looked around here but haven't found the most recent recipes for doing a easy food safe extraction.
Have done normal STB and A/B with naptha but wanted to try something food safe to see if it makes a difference to me.
Any suggestions on some recipes or threads on where to start?

regardless of what tek you choose, i highly recommend you use CaOH as your base (limo is a pretty good solvent too, but i hear oil works almost as well).
