I need to know how much to smoke first time? thinking about sprinkling it on weed or is there a better way to consume it?

Start low and work your way up. Maybe start with 15mg and work up in 5mg increments.

I'm not a fan of the work your way up through low doses strategy. I would go slightly less than a normal dose but I wouldn't go much lower at all. You are likely to end up deep at some point, it may as well be now. This is personal preference though, I am not interested in the lighter effects possible and besides that low doses give me uncomfortable bodyload.

Go in without expectations, you may have anything from very little effect (happened to me, I was wondering what all the fuss was about) to an experience that rocks your world for weeks.

I wouldn't go for a well-lit or very dark room. I find both of these very uncomfortable as they can leave me far more confused or lost. A room with the curtains drawn and low lighting seems to be quite reliable to me.

My first time was in a room with 2 other people. It wasn't a bad experience, I do find others to think about in such a situation is a distraction. Nowadays I rarely work with anyone else. I would have to have a very deep level of trust in someone to have them around when I am so exposed, vulnerable and prone to crazy ideas.

As said by Pup, have a good read about though. A lot of these decisions are down to you and what you like/can handle best, read about a lot and formulate your own strategy. =)

Garry tried it for the first time last night, he had one hit on a bong, were he put some tea in bottom of the cone, put dmt on a spoon, heated it up until it melted and put it on top of the tea and topped it off with some, then sank the bong and held it in for about 15 seconds.

He felt the effect immidietly where surrounding went colourful, wierd shapes and patterns started to sppear, eye sight was significantely sharpened, once closed my eyes saw some tribal looking african paintings/masks in blue colour on one side and on orange on other side and felt like i was passing through a tunnel.

anyway this lasted for about 5-10m, but people were talking and tv was on in the house.

I dont have any MAOI, is there a better way of conssuming DMT so it lasts longer? or any tips how i can do it better then what i did, i thought maybe next time put the weed on the spoon with DMT on it and then heat it so the dmt melts straight on to the weed...

I am about to go through the trouble to obtain more dmt than I will likely go through within a short time. I prefer oral doses and seem to have luck packing whatever dose of dmt in a capsule with ~500mg and filling the rest with vitamin C. Will I have any problems leaving dmt in capsules like this for a long time, maybe through a few years? What would be other appropriate options?

What is the most successful tek for extracting dmt from acacia confusa root bark.

I began a FASA extraction on Acacia Confusa bark. After soaking the bark in acetone I changed my mind, and decided to switch to thick-light's tek. I evaporated the acetone extract and added it to my boil water from thick-light's tek.

I thought that I might have issues with extra fats and oils so I did a defat while in the acidic stage.

I then added my 150g NaOH and 150g salt to ~1500ml of my reduced water from the bark boils.

I then added naptha as I usually do, but the second it hit the basic liquid, I knew something was wrong, as it turned redish quite quickly. I decided to keep going on with the Tek, and did the shake/separate step. The naptha separates from the basic liquid in a reasonable amount of time, as is normal.

I poured off the naptha, which turned cloudy. I put it in a hot water bath, but it still would not separate.

I decided to press on and do a freeze precip. After a night in the freezer, there was a layer of red-white sludge on the bottom of the container, and the naptha was still slightly (although less so than before) red.

So now I'm left with a large amount of this sludge that I can tell is mostly DMT. When I add fresh naptha and put it in a heat bath, it becomes a cloudy red mess again.

NOTE: I don't think it's an emulsion problem. I believe that the oils and fats from the acetone extract are causing my problems, and I am now at a loss as far as what to do next.

Should I re- A/B and do multiple defats? I'm not sure if this would help but I'm willing to try anything at this point.

So I have been reading up on DMT for a few days now and would love to try it however I work in aviation and as such am subject to random drug tests. I've searched through the topics and haven't found any answers yet but didn't want to create a new thread as I figure this is a common enough question.

Does DMT show up on drug tests (either urine analysis or hair follicle) and if so for how long can it be detected?

my doubt comes from the lack of understanding on the procces in wich dmt disolves into the naphta, is there anything else that could be made homemade that could replace lighter fluid?

i have naphtha and works fine but i would like to know if i could make my own naptha-replacement,

since it requires to evaporate, my longshot guess would be something with alcohol ?!...

any suggestions?

If it is a matter of having to repurchase naphtha at a cost to yourself then you could always try freeze precipitation.

This is my favoured method as it ensures my naphtha lasts a lot longer

so all have right now are pint jars to do a pf tek. Can I just fill up half of the jar or should I just double everything and use the whole jar?

fill the jar half way with what?vermiculite and brown rice flower then yea not all the way to the top of the jar but id say 90% full.

honestly if you want good results go with quart jars of rye grain or wild bird seed.PF tek was my first go with growing shrooms but once i stepped it up to bulk,its so much better.not really any harder IMO.but the yields will be way better.

I was wondering though since I am using pint jars if I should double the spore amount I put in there? People have said 1cc per half pint jar is plenty so 2cc for pint jars? and I don't think I can pm you yet because I am a new member.
