As I cant participate in the full-member discussion here: Physical effects I would like to start a little newbie splinter thread and was curious about the opinion of you guys.

During my first few Pharmahuasca experiments, I always noticed that I got pretty hungry while dipping in and out Hyperspace. Depending on the intensity, this even led to the point that I became unpleasantly weak during the trip. Even too weak to make some food myself. Honey, or nuts and raisins kept me goin, but these days I have a different approach. I always prepare a big pot of yummy and healthy soup with potatoes or butternut squash etc. However, I noticed, as soon as I eat the trip becomes weaker. Apples also work well to keep my blood sugar levels up.

What keeps your spaceship running during Pharma trips?

grapes are easy to eat while peaking on ayahuasca.
I get low blood sugar too and weak if I fast before hand and then have trouble getting food together..but if I dont then my arms can get tingly etc. I always eat some fruit or oatmeal or something in the morning before I drink. Or if I drink at night I just dont eat for 2-3 hours before I drink. I always have some kind of fruit or juice though ready to eat durring the expereince. Even just a grapefruit or an orange works..and lots of water cus ayahuasca is a dieuretic for me.

More dense food etc after I come down is good also. Healthy meats can be super grounding afterwords.
Long live the unwoke.

Oh, and on a slightly different note ... drinking Chamomile tea while coming down is quite interesting. It seems to reactivate / potentiate the effects. At least that is what I've noticed with my metabolism.

Usually nothing keeps me running during my Pharma journeys.

In the "deep space", I usually don´t have any stomach, therefore I´m not hungry. Sometimes I eat something light on the comedown (piece of bread or something). But generally, its OK for me not to think about food for a couple of hours...
