So, after 18 months of not partaking in Spice I am able to do so again.

I only managed to do it once last time, so I am feeling pretty excited and slightly nervous as well.
Things are pretty much all ready for me to go for it.

I was going to start off by doing a guided meditation and then just see what happens. I am trying my best to go into this with no expectations. I am not aiming to get anywhere or go in any direction.

I can have more than one go this time, so I thought I would use the first hit to re-orientate myself with it.

If anyone has any wise words they would be absolutely, gratefully received as for the most part I am excited but I still have a good degree of butterflies going on with this Smile

Hey, Lil_Rainbow.

What a coincidence! After about 8 months of not imbibing spice (had some really nasty experiences with it), I myself made a return to pre/sub-hyperspace states just two days ago - and it was wonderful! I was somewhat surprised at how much I had forgotten about the effects of low-dose spice. However, the feeling familiarity that ensued during the experience was welcoming and nostalgic. The sheer AWEsomeness of the spice - even at sub-breakthrough doses - amazed me as it did so many times in the past. I must tell you that I am so happy to be finally re-acquainted with this substance and the realms it grants me entry to. I hope to soon work my way up to a breakthrough dosage.

I should note (and whether anyone on this forum thinks this is heresy or not) that I prepared myself for the spice with some meditation and the use of a dissociative substance. It was very helpful in taking the edge off any anxiety I harbored. (And it was very interesting to experience the cognitive aspects of my mental states morphing and bending like silly putty with the effects of these two different substances)

Anyway, I advise you to indeed go for it! Start small if you must, as I did, to re-acclimate yourself to the effects. Perhaps go for changa before straight spice, as it is much more gradual and forgiving. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Keep us posted on how it goes, Lil_Rainbow. Best of journeys!

Ok, so I did it.

Last time I did it, I was coming down after MD, which I think really helped me relax into it.
I got freaked out AGAIN about the whole bodyload, and, well, how amazingly strong it it.
I wasn't pushing for anything or forcing myself to get to any stage.
Also, AGAIN, I think I spoiled it for myself by coming round from it too much again, after I got vexed.

There is no real aim as to where I want to go to, but I just wish more than anything I could get over the inital fear I seem to have when I first do it.
I wish there was some way I could slowly build up to getting to know and userstand the feelings, so I got to a stage where I wasn't floored by it.

Still, it was a beautiful thing. I was in a really big hallway, like in a museum. There were beautiful geometric shapes on standas and at the top left of my vision there was some pink energy which I tried to follow by I was too far round by then to go after it.

Is this a simple case of practice makes perfect? Smile

Yours, fuzzily, Lil Rainbow Smile x

I've also experienced a museum-like gallery of hyperspace objects on display. Mine were arrayed along a cork-screw spiraling staircase, the further up I went, the more significant the "trophies".

Strange Smile It was nice, I liked it. I guess maybe I was trying to get back to the place I went first time on it. I have never read about any museum/ gallery type places before. Strange that I should go there. I liked it Smile

Awesome read Smile

The thing is, the first place I went, it was some kind of temple in a jungle. So I thought I would focus on that, with the intention of going back there. I didn't think I would end up where I did. I really had no idea where I was going to end up.

I just wish, really wish, I could relax more when I do it.

Hmm, difficult to say. I think it is about 60mg per go. I split the first one down to a really small, maybe 20 or so, just to re-orintate myself with, well everything really, the act of smoking it and stuff. I took the rest of it in one go, 2 hits, I got everything in my pipe in 2 goes.

It was the weirdness with my breathing that I think is the thing that vexes me most. I know it is normal, and I don't normally have too many issues with bodyload, but it is all SO intense, which, I get it should be but it is just a case of BOOM. I got the buzzing thing as well, which I don't know if that has something to do with being a little nervous, or normal. I am pretty sure I didn't have it the last time I did it though.

I can change my dose if it will help. I just don't really know where to go from here and I don't want to waste it. I feel so lucky to have it again.

I found dosing very small doses each time for awhile helped me get more acquainted with the sensations. That way your not wasting it. Your getting to know it. Then just kick it up a notch as you go.

I did this quite often too. At first I would dose twice in a row each time. Most of my doses I started with a smaller dose and then went bigger. Usually by 5 mgs. So do a 10mg then a 15mg. Or a 15mg then a 20mg ect.

Big grin I broke through yesterday Big grin

I didn't expect to, and it was pretty kind to me. It wasn't at the speed of light and seemed to be more graudal than anything I have felt on it this far.

I couldn't stop smiling after, I was lost for words, I am still trying to process it. It was beautiful and amazing.
I will write more once I have got my head around it Smile

Thanks for the advice people Smile

Look into making enhanced leaf. It's simply freebase dmt dissolved into a high proof alcohol, and then dissolving extracted harmalas in with it. Throw in the proper ratio of leaf (use whatever leaf blend you'd like) and let the dmt/harmala alcohol evap and infuse into the leaf. This harmala/dmt blend allows to to slowly slip into the DMT state versus being straight shot in via freebase.

Check out the DMT handbook, section 13.1 A step by step procedure for changa prep. Really look into making this. you will wonder why you didn't sooner.

Thumbs up

And the initial stages of the DMT experience can be unsettling. That initial strong vibratory energy that sweeps over your enitre body is kind of a 'make it or break it' point in the experience. Just try to remind yourself that this feeling wont hurt you physically, and no matter what..you'll come back. Usually, once the initial stage passes, you'll be rewarded handsomly.

much love,
tat
