My friend I go to college has some acacia confusa root bark, and has been trying to extract the spice using stb tek. But it doesn't seem to be working. So what tek would be the best for acacia confusa?

I have next to no experience in actually extracting, but I have been reading through the website for quite a while before officially joining and starting to post. The main thing I've learned through all the reading is just what the previous posts say. It's up to you to figure out what you are trying to do and what you need to learn to figure it out, you can't just assume that people are just out of the blue going to be able to tell you exactly what to do step-by-step and spoon feed you the information. It is much more beneficial to read up on the topics, search the forums and figure things out yourself. The attitude section that you are supposed to read when signing up states this explicitly.

I have done similar to Thicklights Tek. Overall, it has resulted in mixed results, which I almost certainly put down to the varying quality of the source material, I believe a few others have noted the same. I have a few different sources arriving shortly, and am hoping for some successful extractions out of some of these.

I have used drytek q21q21's "whitest and the fluffiest" with one added step in the freezing step of just waiting for a couple of hours for the plant oils to settle on the bottom and pour pull into another dish to freeze. I have had great results with just adding that step.. Good luck and as always Happy Travels Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school. Albert Einstein

+1 I use Cyb's hybrid salt tek as it's suitable for the container and volume sizes I work with, with the additional concepts from the MaxION tek thrown in. For first time extractions, I would recommend starting with 50g ACRB, then once you understand the process you can move onto larger volumes such as with ThickLights tek Throughout recorded time and long before, trees have stood as sentinels, wise yet silent, patiently accumulating their rings while the storms of history have raged around them --The living wisdom of trees, Fred Hageneder
