GVG...GVG...

Yeah trust me, I get it. At some point I will get one. Honestly my trusty glass bubble has never let me down, but I am intrigued. After reading the GVG cheering section for a chunk of today and looking at them online, I cannot help but to look down and to my right at my wonderfully functional and already here vape. So I saw one post where a guy was talking about using his but it wasn't well thought out. I am thinking that the bag would be great for taking out all of the guess work. I like to rock mine through the whip with a whip via a oversized glass on glass adapter into a bong. Maybe try that route or just through the whip. I'm thinking chore boy or maybe some volcano liquid pads as they are pretty much made specifically for this rather than a screen stack as that adds too much drag. Anyways, I need to get new pieces to use for herb so that my only setup doesn't taste like burning plastic and mothballs from outer space. I was curious as to those of you out there who might have tried this or perhaps SWYM that might have, if you had anything to say other than "get a GVG."

I think any setup for smoking spice is as only good as a user.

I personally wouldn't get hung up on using one device or the other.
As long as you aren't burning the spice, or wasting it in some form, i see no problem.
Having said that, the GVG looks pretty sick, pitty that I can't order one in my Country... apparently o_o

Lol, well that certainly is one way to do it. I never thought of using a gravity bong I have to admit. Using a bag, like the Volcano, seems like it would have similar advantages. Other than the portability, the quick heat and fast adjustment of it seems to be ideal with the VG/GVG. With vapes in general, the heating element is a big point of difference. With better ones they heat up faster and stay hot more consistently. When using a vape to do bong rips this is essential.

Anyways, I am sure that it will work. I was just curious if anyone knew specific tweaks or had anything to say. I totally agree with your user competency statement. Honestly it seems like there is an inverse ratio with user friendliness to potential massiveness of rips, to a point anyways. It seems like the right equipment can provide a balance between the two. A bubble even is much smoother than a lighter directly exposed to the spice. It seems like anything that maximizes your ability to take a lot at once will help you go further though. If you wanted to try something else out maybe some other vape can be shipped to you. I do intend on getting a GVG at some point. I like to smoke my spice in a wikiup out in the woods and there aren't any electrical outlets so my plug in vape would be no good. Anyways, good job on your McGiver DMT cannon.

I personally don't think a gravity bong would be the best way to spoke spice.
It's definitely an epic way to sink huge cones of weed though, to get on another planet of stoned!
FYI, I have a da buddah, small brother to the silver surfer, and even with screen stacking and other methods, I much prefer the method I listed

Yeah that's why I figured that it'd work for spice as well. I see your cone setup now. My friend basically has that going on with some bong attachments.
