at this point you could also bring energy out through the throat chakra .... in the form of laughter , i promise you the more you laugh in such situations the easier it gets for the energies to work their paths out

just laugh and let the energies find their balance

i promise you the more you laugh like a madmen in such situations , the easier it would become , one can laugh even to the point of scaring others , just learn to laugh , express your anger with laughter sometimes .... this is a healthy process ... it converts anger to happiness

if you would have laughed enough , he would have left the seat immediately

this is the ancient laughter yoga , and its powers are beyond

i definetly advice people to practice laughter yoga in difficult situations to convert all negativity into positivity ,

When third eye comes into the picture things really get sweet. And it only gets sweeter over time.

true when the third eye opens up even laughter is not required

laughter is still a lower response , perhaps its a defense mechanism to express intense energy positively , atleast for me thats what it does

also i don't think my third eye is open , not all the times atleast , perhaps not atall , i don't know really

i will once again ask cubeananda to make it simpler and more understandable , what i still don't understand is what are these levels and how can one really know what these levels are ? or on what level one is currently at ?

I cannot begin to answer for cubenanada, nor would I be so bold as to try. But I am drawn to reply to your questions, dear esteemed friend, jin. I think and believe I understand much of what he-or-she clearly infers here. Mind candy or sure!

But I have my own way of interpreting these frequencies of light transmission. And I feel a symmetry here. Call it a fondnses for lengthy, long-winded expressions (or whatever you want). Hehehe. Big grin

I belong to no specific group or particular tradition... like most of us psychonauts, I gather the fruit of wisdom from any lovely tree I encounter. We share this. We are all just pilgrims along the Great Way (Buddhas blooming in our own unique right). We are all facets of the jewel of the One. Each facet is a microcosmic reflection of the macrocosmic whole and likewise, possesses a mirrored symmetry to the totality.

But in the scheme of things, we all access unique vistas of perceptual reality and dimensionality, at different points in our evolving awareness. Thus, as facets of the whole, we reflect as much light of the Oneness, as we are prepared and attuned to reflect. So, I can totally relate to breathing the effulgent light, through the vortex of the Ajna (3rd Eye). Blooming exponentially, triggering dramatic shifts in perception, we dance freely beyond duality. Light is not the be all and end all of the bloom of consciousness, it is the beginning!

I initially began training myself in such a meditation practice, way back in 1979 and it has become a constant companion, a mirror to gaze deeply into, in my fleeting lifespan. Breath=Spirit=Light=love=God. As Christ, whose incarnation emanated effulgently through Jesus, spoke so eloquently about, "If thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light." Amen to that!

Awareness is brought to focus, cultivated with care, as a flame is ignited to illuminate the murkiness of complete darkness. Zarathustra equated effulgence with Divinity. This flame is that inter-dimensional energy which is most immanent in all manifestations, hidden to those who will not or cannot lift the curtain of illusion. Odd, really, as it is encoded with infinite truth and interconnects with all that is existent and sadly, rarely perceivable to humanoids. Upon eclipsing within the vortex of the fire of wisdom, one's own fragile separateness and mental divisions are incrementally burnt.

The mirage becomes mere ash, right before and within the dynamic fulcrum of our own relative existence. In so doing, we gradually return to our remembrance of who and what we truly are. We become centered within, kindle this blinding flicker, as we are akin to candles of the living Flame itself, each in our own way... and allow the light of the Divine effulgence to shine through our living perception, thoughts, actions and deeds.

I am very happy to read such inspired words and intuit they are coming from an honest, very sincere soul. Namaste. Please specify more, friend, as this is most intriguing! And is your user name, cubeananda, the sheer bliss of psilocybe cubensis? If so, very nice!
I too, am a devout brother of the "Magic Mushroom" and it's Sacred teaching. Like that old Frank Sinatra tune crooned so eloquently,
"Blue, blue, my world is blue." Very happy

How do you integrate such transcendental ideas into your ordinary physical existence, your unique mortal, sequential lifespan? For practical reasons, we ought to find some mutual common ground, terms and ideological constructs. Please clarify these ideas for us, or rather, shower us with ideas and crystallize them in words.

Robert E. Burton gleams much of his insight from the teaching of George Gurdjieff and Peter Ouspensky, who in turn, gleaned much of their cosmology from Eastern sources (largely Indian & Tibetan). Within India alone, many paths describe a Stairway to Heaven, if you will, which when the soul is startled out of it's material slumber, unfold incrementally before the seeker.

There are several systems of spiritual/religious thought delineating are hierarchy of ascending planes of increasingly subtler and more expansive states of conscious-awareness. Some delineate 7 planes existent above the material level, others emphasize eight levels. Kriya Yoga and Surat Shabd Yoga chart out 8 planes of ascension. Meher Baba and Sri Aurobindo eluded to 7 planes. From what I understand of these things, their reality is fueled by our observations of them and quite conversely, they freely exist without our witnessing of them (as it is with chakras, etc...).

That being said, some paths, equally valid, never speak of the ascending planes, as it it pertains to the realm of mind and can be a conceptual labyrinth for the awakening soul to fully grok. I have come to believe that there is really only one undifferentiated plane... wholly indivisible, despite our creation of it's reality, through countless paradigms. And all the myriad levels are but themselves, symmetrical in essence, though variegated in their particular frequency. Unity is the way. ॐ

My path leads me to the understanding that each of the planes is in it's appearance, a stairway spiraling gradually, to ever loftier heights. All of the steps are Sacred and ascend towards the Supreme state. Yet, when one is becoming increasingly awakened, all the membranes of separation dissolve through intent, consciously, and are seen as the very same quintessential Spirit (masked as the many levels).

IME, the planes appear to vibrate at alternate light-frequencies and emit their variances of effulgence (one superseding the next, as we bloom exponentially). All ways are equally honorable and all paths lead to the same summit of this sentient incarnation, that being (as I see it), immersion within the Supreme Light and direct fusion within the Unified Field of Being. Of course, at the heart of the Field, the Void remains eternally indivisible... and ineffably Omnipotent. Thumbs up

]once again i ask when you talk about flame what is it exactly you're talking about ... is it the energy , or our concious awareness

when it comes to spirituality , i really like to see techniques work and be understandable in common everday language and terms , otherwise it can turn ito a total waste , so cubeananda i ask you again , clarify more and make it understandable otherwise the effort for betterment is lost

Agreed, the mystical state can be clearly discussed in simpler language, even if to share the knowledge more universally. and I feel that too much thought directed to the hierarchical progression of the ascending levels, is often a trap for our human minds. it keeps us watching, measuring and affixing labels pertaining to linear, sequential growth. God is here, now, and we are in the center of this Divine energy, for we are that. Tat Tvam Asi.

so,when we spend too much of our life force defining our states, which is a cool use of the mind... until thought ceases and the focus is channeled beyond distinctions, we may fall into the habit of conceptual projection and rational quantification. Qualities good for philosophy and contemplative ventures, but not so good for traveling beyond the membrane of exterior self. For in my own life, it disallows for the direct and immediate awareness of the Sacred Fire within all appearances and manifestations.

But that's just my spin and I too, am most eager to hear more of this fascinating discussion. In sharing our understanding of things, we lovingly assist each others blooming. Ain't we got loads of fun? Cool

I am attempting to be more concise, less of a mystery monger in this thread.

It is still developing, and there are a few different ideas which I must address first.
