Hello all this is my first post here at the nexus.. but am a long time lurker. I was reading the thread the transdermal DMT thread and was wondering about this ROA. I don't know if you guys know about Euphorbia Resinifera. It has a substance that is 1000x more hotter than the hottest pepper! And because capsaicin is used to open the pores of the skin and to promote blood flux, I thought about resiniferatoxin (from E. Resinifera) is much more efficient. But be aware that it does a chemical burn on your skin, I know it first hand! And that it can blind you if it gets to the eyes, and don't get it to the mucouse membranes! But still I wonder if it would be possible to make a kambo-like application on the arm.. dmt+E.resinifera sap What do you guys think?

Funny that you post this. Ive been using kambo for a few months now and I was just last night wondering if dmt, harmalas or a mixure of both could be delivered via burns through the lymphatic system like kambo is. I feel like its a stretch of the imagination but it is interesting to think about. Toadfreak!

Though I dont see how the resin would help. Maybe an experiment to see if 40mg globule of spice would work using a drop or two of veggie oil on a burn. Anyone know of any reason this could be dangerous? Toadfreak!

There seems to be little research done on this plant effect not only on the skin but also inside a human body.
If it is really as hot as you say it is then you would have to water it down severely for this to work. And also you would have to look out for an overdose as the LD50 of capsicum is 512 mg/kg dermal.
But, other than that i don't see to much of a reason that that can't work.
If you do decide to try it just make sure that you are very careful with the amounts of it that you use.

I found out about the properties of the sap by accident when I was messing around with the plant some of the sap got on my fingers. Later that day, because the flu I had, it happened that I put fingers on my nose. Some minutes later it burned hard (but managable), for 4h. A week later I experimented to put just a pinch of the sap on my forehead thinking "i'm gonna activate my crown chakra" I felt the burning sensation all the day. The next day I had little water blisters and bruised skin clearly a sign of chemical burn.. After a week the mark was still visible. I'm almost certain that, if DMT enters the bloodstream thru a cut in the skin, that thru this ROA with the sap it might well be possible too. Unfortunatly I can't experiment right now.. but I think it is an ideia for those that are curious about transdermal DMT or kambo.

Well that's definitely one way to find out its properties. I definitely think it could be a working idea, but you would have to ask yourself if it is worth the pain you would have to go through just for the effects. But for any Masochist out there, It can't hurt to much

Actually it doesn't hurt at all, just a stinging sensation and HOTness on the skin for some hours.. well we also have kambo and that hurt a little because of the burning of the skin.. I like to think that DMT+sap might have a synergy (just thinking out loud here) but obviously there is no chemical evidence it has. If someone does experiment, just don't apply to the forehead
