Hello All,

I have been an lurker for years and made a account last summer. I have used DMT upwards of 15 times but have only broke through 3 times(Due to being a novice in terms of my smoking technique). Tearing through the fabric of reality was the most orphic and abstruse experience in my life(I loved every moment of it).

I am working abroad before starting law school.

I have been drawn to this esoteric website because of the wealth of information that is available in every section. The philosophy and mystic threads are of great interest to me. I have yearned for an intellectual platform to discuss a myriad of topics with a group of people who embrace psychedelics.

The fact that so many users on Nexus subscribe to Panentheist metaphysical model for God made me feel as if I am not alone in my beliefs. Going to a Christian University and receiving one of my degrees in philosophy, I debated with my professors over their conception of God and the spiritually limiting structure of Christian doctrine. None of the professors were willing to entertain any notions concerning Pluralism, Panentheism or Mysticism. But here, I was able to find a what I had been looking for a community of individuals who beliefs and insight resonated with me on a visceral level.

I want to take part in this community, I have never found a site with such polite, intelligent and spiritual contributors. I want to keep psychedelics a part of my life. Mushrooms, DMT, LSD (still want to try other psychedelics with spiritual intent) have all made me confront weaknesses within myself and enhanced my ability to empathize and help others.

Have a wonderful day, I will finish this with a quote I found from a user here that truly changed my life by introducing me to Sri Aurobindo.

What, you ask, is the beginning of it all?
And it is this ...
Existence that multiplied itself for sheer delight of being
and plunged into numberless trillions of forms
so that it might find itself innumerably.

Sri Aurobindo

Just as many of you, I have experienced the authenticity of his words but I would have never been able to express to family and friends what God is to me without being exposed to this site.

Thank you

Sincerely

Thelonious Kwiggz

Welcome Thelonius Kwiggz! Smile

Good to see a lurker beginning to participate.

Theres a range of views on matters spiritual here and I guess we could be described as a broad 'Church' in this regard.Im not surprised that the professors at a Christian University would be a little hesitant to really discuss alternative viewpoints.

Once more, welcome to your active phase at the Nexus.
I am paranoid of my brain. It thinks all the time, even when I'm asleep. My thoughts assail me. Murderous lechers they are. Thought is the assassin of thought. Like a man stabbing himself with one hand while the other hand tries to stop the blade. Like an explosion that destroys the detonator. I am paranoid of my brain. It makes me unsettled and ill at ease. Makes me chase my tail, freezes my eyes and shuts me down. Watches me. Eats my head. It destroys me.
