I was doing an AB [A Confusa extraction] and am having trouble producing visible crystals using only 25grams of A Confusa bark?
In fact even after evaporating i can hardle see anything in bottom of glass dish?
Maybe a tiny amount of oily bubbles..hardly enough to mess with?
During the process i would breifly hold mason jar containing the ...bark mix ..lye..water .. napatha layer on top up in the sunlight [about 10 seconds].. to look for a milky apearence in the napatha..
Could holding the jar up in the sunlight ..[[instantly destroy]].. the DMT?..causing no crystals during freeze percipitation..or evaporation ???
I know 25 grams of bark isnt much but shouldent it produce some crystals?

I'm not sure about such a small amount of sunlight destroying the alkaloids. My inclination would be to say that no, it wouldn't destroy it.

But the amount of bark you used is most likely the issue. I wouldn't bother with anything under 100g.

Sunlight will not destroy the alkaloids. Im not sure what sunlight does to make alkaloids less active but it certainly wont be responsible for the absence of. Check your technique, if your tek is good then mabye your bark is not too potent.

Sunlight won't affect your yield.

I did scrape up some amber waxy sticky stuff about 25mgs..
Is that the freebase DMT?
If it is... can I desolve the amber waxy stuff in ..[warm napatha].. and give it a sodium carbonate wash..
Then re evaporate the napatha getting crystals that way?
any opinions?
