not trying to make a cannabis substitute. but comming up with blends is a bit of a hobby for me. this one is supposed to be an anti anxiety smoke, but with a very mild trippy side. heres the recipe

.5 parts saliva 5x
1 part passion flower 25x
1 part blue lotus 20x
1 part california poppy
2 part indian warrior
1 part caapi leaf
.5 parts mugwort

all the raw herbs are mixed, and the extracts infused on. would you guys add/take anything? and what do you think of the blend?

Live plants. Sustainable, ethically sourced, native American owned.

Less tends to be more with herbal mixtures, although you are working with some extracts.

The Salvia seems oddly out of place to me, other than that it would probably be an interesting blend.

I often mix blue lotus, indian warrior, and wild dagga. Sometimes some damiana for taste. Very nice, relaxing smoke.

salvia is to add a bit of a trippy side to it.

personally, wild dagga was the harshest, thickest smoke ive had, and worst tasting tea, and still never gave me effects. may be just me, but wild dagga, damiana, scullcap, and wild lettuce have never worked for me.

lotus did work, but it was mild unless i smoked about a gram, so im using an extract now.

im not sure if passion flower works, but i have a good feeling about it. and ive never tried indian warrior, but ill give it a try

I just smoke the wild dagga flowers, they're less harsh and more potent IME.

Damiana won't give me noticeable effects unless I make a strong tea from it. Even then, it's more of an aphrodisiac than anything else.

All of these herbs are on the mild side, other than the Salvia Pleased

caapi leaf is hopefully not too mild, it should have THH

cali poppy is kinda a mystery, so ill have to test it

what i want is a strong sedation, a kinda stoney feeling. like the mellow effects of weed without the acting stupid.

These are two that i have recently came up with (mostly for BufoChanga, but should still work by themselves):

White Divine:
White sage
Mullein
Vanilla extract

Passion OTC:
Passion flower leaves
Raspberry leaf
Clove

African Air:
Wild Dagga Flower Resin
Blue lotus petals
Raspberry leaf

Herbal Kretek:
Cloves
Lobelia or N.Glauca (preferably both)

And just for fun
Caapi leaves
Ground Baked Cebil Seeds
Cloves
Vanilla extract

all of my blends contain hash, so they are rather incomplete recipes without it.

however i will say that caapi leaf extract and white sage mix very well (especially with a strong lemon flavor to pair with the white sage - the caapi extract becomes an accent flavor - very tasty)

poppy petals are a nice mellow admixture, but idk if california poppy would do much. would also taste very nice with lemon.

also chocobeastie gives a pretty good run-down of some herbs in this thread. I'd check it out if you haven't alredy.

I think that the salvia in that blend might make you act a bit more out of the ordinary than cannabis would. Lol. Even though it is not much in there, it is 5x. The pure leaf is strong by itself. I am interested in how it makes you feel.

And with the poppies, are you talking about the petals? I know that it has a little opium in the buds themselves, not sure about he flowers though.

i like the looks of those blends... yeah salvia might not be the right thing for the blend. instead ill probably use broken up yopo seeds or freebased yopo resin.

heres the perfected blend ive been planning:

1/2 part freebased yopo resin
1 part passion flower 20x (ethanol extract)
1 part blue lotus 20x (infused with ethanol)
1 part california poppy foliage
2 parts indian warrior buds
1/2 mugwort

and somehow i want to put caapi in it. all i can get is red caapi root bark. red caapi has the highest amount of THH which is what im after. maybe ill soak the caapi in ethanol. and put:

1 part 10x caapi extract

plus im going to put some flavors etc. i want to put lobelia, but its virtually impossible to get in the uk.
