Hey all. Recently I ordered 400g of shredded mhrb online. If my precious bark does infact make its way to me, I really have no idea where to start with extraction. From reading, I believe I have a basic idea of the process, but am less than confident in my chem skills. I am wondering what is the best tek for someone with absolutely no applied chemistry skills, and what is a good amount to use for my first try that will at least give me enough to tell if it has worked, but not so much that I am left short if it doesn't. I am just trying to get my ducks in a row for when the time comes. I would sure appreciate any suggestions/input/help... Thanks guys MEO

you need no chem knowledge whatsoever if you follow any of these teks closely. If you can make a pie, you can extract

my first tek was Nomans, it is about as easy as it gets, but you will yield more with an AB extraction. But most of these are "easy" and have been spelled out step by step. If you do go the Nomans route, I would add the salt as per Cyb's tek. Otherwise, go with Cyb's as per Cyb's recommendation also very easy.

All amounts pretty much scale proportionately.
