Not sure in what form you smoked it but if at all possible could I suggest you go the changa route. I find that changa is much easier to hold in and therefore easier for me to achieve desired effects.

In my teen years I went through a LSD and mushroom phase, only for recreational use though. Since then, I have enjoyed mushrooms for many years. I have looked into Changa a little. For now it is just fb. Thank you for the suggestion. And thanks again for welcoming me. Any advice on my first breakthrough attempt? I want it to be a positive experience.
