Greeting one and all,

I am Eco_Nuwaubian but you can just call me Eco for short. I hope to enhance myself and expand my mind through logical thinking and phyto-enhanced perception/awareness. I hope to be both logical and methodical in my approach to self-improvement and will share some of the insights gained through the experience. This will all be new to me as I have never taken anything stronger than tea (P.G Tips, chamomile, peppermint, etc) or coffee (caffeine based energy drinks and the like). I am especially interested in anything that can promote and enhance dreams as I don't remember not much more than 5 or so dreams in my life. I like the concept of lucid dreaming and hope to do so one day soon. From what I can gleam from a quick glance of the various topics, the answers to some questions that come to mind will be covered. I am cautious by nature and will research thoroughly before taking or doing anything. I just read the topic of why you should Not take DMT found in the First steps in Hyperspace area and I have to admit that I will not be ready to use DMT for a little while, although some of the responses had me rolling in stitches . I will also like to comment on bineural beats in relation to the various types of brain frequencies from high gamma to epsilon and expand on the information provided when I become a full member. I hope to do lots of posting in that area as well as insights into working towards self development. Although I have been aware of the phyto-substances that I am interested in, it is great to find topic that cover them all to a greater or lesser degree.
