I have had exactly ONE bio-assay of my own spice so far, from ACRB and it seems to be a good mix of N,N DMT and NMT. Two very distinct stages as the two metabolize at different rates. Awesome! Anyway, its been about a week and now I think I can put into words some of the thoughts that it has brought me. Let me give a little background first.
This isnt my first DMT exp. A little over a year ago, the spirit visited me, and provided me a small amount to experience. I took several trips with this fumarate, using an IV/IM r.o.a., and had a classic death/rebirth experience first time, and several frankly devastating trips after. DMT seems to carry an apocalyptic message. It destroys ALL preconceptions one may have of religion, spirituality etc. As a result of these trips, at a time in my life when I had begun to heavily research various esoteric Western traditions (Alchemy, Kabala, AMORC, etc.) , I had a heavily spiritual awakening but misread much of it because I still clung to certain beliefs. The message the DMT spirit carries is frankly, alien.
I feel that the substance is here, at this time in human history, to prepare us for the next leap of human evolution. To prepare us to leave this planet and become a space faring race. Our technological advancement is bringing us closer and closer to "godhood" and we can actually conceive of a 'tech singularity' now. Our research and technology is alien to the Earth's ecosystems though, and therefore, to achieve the highest maturation of the human race technologically, we must leave. In order to prepare us for this, a new spiritual model must be formed. The destruction of all religious structures is the beginning. (hear about the Pope resigning? Great apostasy, anyone?) If we are to live in the stars, we must leave behind the intolerance and warfare that the cultural, semantic interpretations of God cause. There are too many names for one thing, and that's all religion does, is put names on things that dont have them.
I truly believe that these natural tryptamines come around at certain stages in human evolution, the birth of consciousness, the development of language, the birth of religion, and now the next stage, the true face to face encounter, en masse, with God. DMT will not only heal us, but will heal God. I put down into the simplest, least mystical-shit terminology I can, some of the ideas I feel the substance is telling us. Here:

The Divine mandate is to feel the depth of joy, love, of sorrow, of pain. We are the sensory organs of the Divine. The twisting and misunderstanding of this, due to the separation, is what we call evil. The mandate to feel becomes the endless generation of capitol to pursue more and more perverse pleasure of the flesh. (Not being moralistic here, I'm talking about things like raping a person for self pleasure, like raping the rain forest for money)
At the onset of creation, the God-energy regarded itself, and underwent a sort of "identity crisis" and as a result, all matter came into being, through a process similar to the human/nature I-thou relationship.
This consequence has resulted in the separation we have from God, and that creates the huge void that most of us have in our life that we fill with drugs, food, sex, money TV etc.
The human consciousness is the paramount of this process, and our evolution is bringing us to a point where we can re-merge with the Godhead, as a species.
The Great Work is the reunification, and DNT is the tool. We can not only heal ourselves, but we can and must heal God!

So this is a skeletal exegesis on the subject of "true" non-dogmatic spirituality, a new way for the new age. I want to thank the nexus and the humans here for doing all that you are doing, I think its amazing and important work we are performing. We must "keep it real" and not fall into decadent traps of egos and personalities. We can sustain ourselves with this message. We need to bring this to the normal people out there, remove the fear and stigma that surrounds
