Marathon everyday? Doesn't sound healthy.. Even with natural stress and survival situations don't call for this physical work..

I just can't be convinced that's healthy..

Maybe once a week..

This guy runs to and from work 5 days a week which is just a mile or so away from a marathon.
He also runs these things called mega-marathons which are 120 miles straight.... No stopping! Running for over 24 hours non stop.
The guy is a machine! Truly remarkable.

Oh I know of him..and lets just say my opinion of both him and the 30BAD and the fruitstock festival people is pretty low for various reasons I wont go into but if you benefit from them than thats all that matters. Thank you for your response Smile It's hard trying to find a healthy niche in the world we live in today. I am just thankful I found my place.

do you mind me asking what ailments you were diagnosed with? how long have you been eating this way? and how has it impacted it? Also do you have any experience with smoked dmt as well?

to each their own, but i also eat a raw food diet of mostly fruit, vegetables, nuts, spring water, ect...Have been for over 3 years now and i literally never get so much as a cold anymore (knock on wood!). In the past, i would often wake up with a stuffy nose a few times a week, and have a few other problems. It was a slow transition for me. My reason for originally experimenting with it was because of tony wrights research

I also have wondered if all the flavonoids in plants -perhaps due to their maoi properties- have something to do with the fact that after just a short while i've become incredibly sensitive to things like ayahuasca. I need much much less than i used to take even just a year and a half ago. Have you noticed this as well? I think repeated use is also a big factor to though, not just diet

welcome to the forum

<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

He also lost all sex drive, openly criticises his wifes figure saying hes more attracted to super skinny women(his wife is not fat) and claims that really he has no sex drive because he thinks high sex drive is due to most people being unhealthy so a biological drive to procreate before they die..just saying..the guy really did not seem to be all he is cracked up to be when I really looked into and spoke with people who met him.

All the 30BAD people are his fan base, a forum where anyone who openly discusses their health problems with that diet is either banned or has their posts deleted. I know people who know Durrian Rider and Frelee and these people are 2 very dogmatic dangerous people in the health food world.
Long live the unwoke.

Hey Globespy, new members can only PM moderators and likewise.

Perhaps there is another way to share those Icaros with me?

I mean it is possible to have a moderator, relay the message, but I can't be too sure.

I'll just say that me email address is exactly my name username with an at hotmail attached to it.
