My remee doesn't stay on at night. No matter what I do, glue rubberized on straps to keep it from slipping. Maximum tightness and brightness. I never see the lights. It's always on the floor or on my forehead when I wake up. Sometimes I become lucid anyway but I would like the mask to help me out We are surprisingly similar.

Care to share a photo or tell us what you are talking about? "Think more than you speak" "How do you get rid of the pain of having pain in the first place? You get rid of expectations" "You are everything that is. Open yourself to the love and understanding that is available." "To see God, you have to have met the Devil." "When you know how to listen, everyone becomes a guru." " One time, I didn't do anything, and it was so empty... Almost as if I wasn't doing anything. Then I wrote about it. It was fulfilling."

Just get a headband or something? these do sound interesting...its nice they're offering a relatively cheap one. I just lucid dream unintentionally a few times a week, especially if i'm taking some harmalas and melatonin. But it would be cool to try this. Do you know off hand if it detects your eyes entering REM and then turns on? or if it just is on a timer? universecannon attached the following image(s): the-truth-about-duct-tape_large.jpg (47kb) downloaded 109 time(s).

Just a timer. But it usually gets the time right at least once a night IME. And it doesn't wake me when it gets the time wrong, because I'd be in deeper sleeping levels. It is nice because it is customizable, light brightness, time settings, and a lot of other stuff. It just doesn't stay over my eyes! When it does stay on though it usually actually works. You must be able to identify the flashing as a sign that your asleep but other than that it's a nice rig. Oh, okay, It is a tool of lucid dreaming! Why not just try a tea? I can imagine those technologies not being fully understood and not always working "Think more than you speak" "How do you get rid of the pain of having pain in the first place? I haven't tried the teas, Ive tried melatonin and that sometimes helps. Any suggestions on your favorite method? We are surprisingly similar.

I made a thread on a strange technique i accidentally found out works great for me, but i'd love to hear if others report the same. Its sort of similar except it involves recognizing the audio while in the dream state: Using harmalas + melatonin + binaural beats to induce lucid dreamsDeDao wrote:Oh, okay, It is a tool of lucid dreaming! Why not just try a tea? I can imagine those technologies not being fully understood and not always working The devices are actually very straightforward, and they work pretty well too from what i hear. Some just use a timer to click on while the person is most likely in REM, and others detect REM through monitoring eye movements. Besides that, they simply flash lights while your dreaming. You train your mind to associate the lights with the fact that your dreaming- thus making you lucid...Its in the same vein as any 'dream sign' that can be used to induce lucidity (for example looking at some kind of writing or text in a dream, looking away, and then checking to see if the text has changed. If your in a dream, it virtually always will)

I would recommend doing it without tea or electronics. Take a look: http://www.wikihow.com/Lucid-Dream"Think more than you speak" "How do you get rid of the pain of having pain in the first place? Why not explore several approaches? Surely one would get further that way, no? Many of us have dabbled for years with herbs/teas, and non-electronic techniques of all sorts. IME, and from those i've talked to, the best way to get deep into it is to cast your net widely and explore many things...Have you ever tried using melatonin, harmalas, or electronics for inducing them? nice link btw Don't get me wrong, i think a dream journal is probably the most useful tool for building dream awareness and really plunging into the wormhole. I kept one for about 5 years but have been slacking lately. But its best used in combo with other approaches methinks

Try some from my link! I promise you if you are consistent then you will have results! "Think more than you speak" "How do you get rid of the pain of having pain in the first place?
