http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_mysticismI think Quantum Mystics do, I know a QM/QP professor at an American University that is very well known for research in the field, he would say if it cannot be measured then it is theoretical and will point out that there are numerous competing theories and mathematical models in QM and they can't all be true.
I really like aspects of QM research, but the best work in the field does use measurements so far as I can tell.
